Beautiful show rooms and design ideas. I fell in love with a few slabs of quartz but reality is we came here to replace one of our sinks. We had looked online and through a few wholesalers but couldn't find the exact one that we needed a particular color we needed. A few people had suggested to come here and I'm so happy we did because upon our first visit we had the most amazing customer service and they helped us get exactly what we needed. Mind you it was a very particular color for a dated space so I'm so happy we came here and they helped us pinpoint it exactly. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend to anyone. So great to get that 1-1 service vs being in a huge warehouse.

I was so grateful to learn of Imperial because they had the stone I wanted and the quality was far superior than any other marble I could find in the tristate area. The quality far exceeded my expectations. They installed marble slabs on my shower walls, and a mitered shower curb and vanity countertop. The job is beyond pristine and I couldn't be happier! The company who will be installing our frameless shower doors couldn't get over the gorgeous job and mitered corners...and he certainly sees a ton of bathrooms!! Imperial is committed to ensuring you are happy with everything and their customer service is bar none! My parents will be using Imperial for their bathroom and I'll be coming back for more marble for my master bath, which is currently in progress! Thanks again, Hershey, and everyone at Imperial for an outstanding experience! A+++++!

I am still ecstatic about the result -- I mean like I still smile every time I walk into the kitchen and open the fridge door!! Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2022... 4 year old grandson decides to throw something and dented the kick panel under the refrigerator. I was really something rather minor... but my OCD was kicking in big time, so I gave Rissa a call and she sorted it out... and I mean WAY over and above sorted it out. I have rarely ever been as happy with a vendor / provider -- while I had expected the worst, it was very much the opposite -- they have not yet invented words to describe how much I think this firm has some of the best "after sale support" [and we're talking a LOT of years past the actual sale!!]. While I doubt I'll be replacing a kitchen again anytime soon... if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation, there will be zero hesitation on this recommendation.

We worked with Kuche + Cucina for a kitchen remodel in Manhattan and also worked with another…read morerenovation group for the rest of the apartment. We really enjoyed working with Carmi to establish the design and that process was very painless and flexible. We were set to start on renovations in early 2020 however with COVID, we had to delay our renovations due to the building's policy. Kuche+Cucina was super understanding and held our cabinets for us until we were ready and felt comfortable with proceeding with renovations given the circumstances. However, the main reason that this is a 3 star review is that we definitely had some issues working with the renovation coordinator. Though I think we were all in unfamiliar waters with the pandemic I definitely felt like there were quite a few times when the ball was dropped on their side. For example we weren't told in advance that our contractor would need to move certain outlets in order for the cabinets to be installed even though we had asked explicitly beforehand if there was anything that needed to be done in advance. This caused delays in the whole process and required the other renovation company to schedule last minute changes around them which luckily they had no issue with. There were also multiple times that we were asked for information in an urgent manner that we had already provided prior which made the process quite stressful. In addition it seemed like coordination between Kuche+Cucina and the actual workers was a bit messy and just confusing in general. We would be asked one thing by the workers and be told by Kuche+Cucina to just not worry about it. But then later it would come up as a last minute problem and Kuche+Cucina seemed just as confused as we were and said that this was an issue with the contractors rather than take responsibility for their poor communication with their contractors. I expected a profession kitchen renovation company to be more organized especially for a relatively straightforward cabinet installation. Some requests were also totally ignored. For example, we requested that a soap dispenser hole be made in the countertop we ordered and received confirmation from the group but no hole was ever made. It's not really a huge deal to us but it's definitely just one example of many small communication issues that we had with Kuche+Cucina and the communication between them and their contractors. Meanwhile the other renovation company that we worked with for the rest of the apartment work was super communicative and easy to work with even when we hit unexpected road bumps. Since all this occurred during an unprecedented pandemic I would take our experience with a grain of salt but we probably wouldn't choose to work with Kuche+Cucina in the future.

I know what to expect when it comes to ordering and installation of kitchen and baths. It can be challenging. Previously, we did our kitchen smack in the middle of the inflation backside of the pandemic. It wasn't without issue, but between the local cabinet dealer and contractor it was finished in 3 months. Last December when things calmed down, we decided to do our Master Bath. How difficult can that be, right? My wife and I decided to use Furguson instead of Best Plumbing supply. BIG MISTAKE. As of today, 4/19/2023 we are approaching 5 MONTHS and still have no delivery of the items we ordered. We did our part. We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. That should tell you something. I just learned that today...

They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). Caveat Emptor!! I went to Ultimate Kitchens in Chestnut…read moreRidge NY because they were a Fabuwood dealer which were the cabinets I was looking for. After going to five other kitchen stores, they were the least expensive. I dealt with Ken who was nice. As you may or may not know, a kitchen renovation can be very stressful and Ken provided some ease in the process. Sadly, that all ended when the cabinets were delivered. The delivery men contacted me to advise they would be to my residence within the hour which was 4:30pm. 5:30 arrived and no cabinets. I called the delivery man who then advised me they would arrive around 6:30. Of course, I was getting anxious when 6:30 arrived and the cabinets still hadn't. I reached out to Ultimate Kitchen who tried to reach them on the phone as well. Finally, I was able to get in touch with the delivery man who by the way, struggled with his English, advised me that their boss told them not to deliver to me that night. Needless to say that sent my blood pressure through the roof as installation was schedule for the following day. It took a lot of pleading, prodding and yelling to get the cabinets delivered that night which was after 8pm. Once they finally arrived, the delivery men, who looked like 12-year-old boys barely strong enough to carry the cabinets up a flight of stairs, proved me correct when they dropped one and it tumbled down the stairs. The boxes said "this side up" which didn't seem to phase the 2 men as they put them however they saw fit. The next day, I contacted Ken who was appalled at the level of service I received and advised he would throw in a cutlery drawer as a courtesy as they could not return money for delivery. I wish I could tell you that this was the end of my nightmare, but unfortunately it wasn't. I had ordered crown molding to go over the kitchen entrance 2 weeks earlier but apparently, Ken never informed the installer of this change in the plans and the crown molding never made it up above the doorway. After the installation of the cabinets, I found a lot of issues with them; lots of cracks that should have been fixed, damages to the drawers, etc. I immediately informed Shlomo, the person who does the scheduling of the cabinets who was not pleasant to deal with. He came over to take a record of what needed fixing. He said it would take 2 weeks for the items to come in. Of course, I followed up after 2 weeks by phone & email and did not get a response. Finally 4 weeks later, the installer came back to fix the issues. He did not bring the cutlery drawer that was promised. Another poor example of Ultimate Kitchen not communicating with one another. I spoke with Shlomo who stated he was unaware of this and asked me to check out the manufacturers website to pick out the cutlery drawer I preferred. I said I had looked at the website but their options were limited and Shlomo stated he would send me the options which came a week later via email link. It was to an after-market website not the manufacturer brand. He proceeded to tell me that the manufacturer doesn't make cutlery drawers which I knew was false because I called the manufacturer who told me they do indeed make and sell cutlery drawers specifically designed for the cabinets I purchased. I have been following up every week for the last 13 weeks without reply. After the nightmare that I'd already been through with this company, Shlomo had the audacity to accuse me of dragging out this process. I only wanted them to finish what they had already started and promised me for their miscues. 3 months after the installation, they finally came back to fix the remaining issues and install the cutlery drawer. Take my experiences as a cautionary tale if you're remotely thinking about working with this company. I would not, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone I know. If you do decide to use them, perhaps going through a GC would be better for your mental health or do so at your own peril. Their communication skills are disconcerting to say the least.

No better. Look at their idea of landscaping…read more 2026 I think it's getting worse. If you are considering living in a property managed by this company, understand that accountability and operational standards appear to be inconsistent at best. After the last snowstorm, snow removal was not completed for more than 36 hours. Roads remained covered long after the storm ended, and residents were left shoveling sections of the roadway themselves just to safely exit the property. That is a basic service failure. Landscaping practices have also been careless. Crews used leaf blowers directly toward parked vehicles, sending debris and grit into residents' cars. This caused approximately $3,000 in paint damage to my wife's new vehicle. The damage had to be processed through our auto insurance, and we were responsible for the deductible. Rather than taking ownership, the landscaping company and the leasing company pointed the finger at each other. No one accepted responsibility. When the issue was raised, a supervisor responded, "I don't care. I don't work here." That response reflects the level of professionalism residents can expect. Maintenance quality follows the same pattern. A loose step was recently "addressed" with caution tape rather than properly repaired. The result was visibly sloppy and clearly temporary. Leaf removal across the property is consistently poor. I routinely leaf blow portions of the grounds myself just to maintain a basic standard of appearance consistent with a respectable living environment. Billing communication has also been mishandled. A rent payment address change was communicated by email only. As a result, two rent checks were sent to the prior address, never cashed, and effectively lost. Despite this, I was charged a $30 returned check fee. When concerns are raised, the property manager's response has included: "You think this is bad, you should see my other property." That statement speaks to the overall mindset. This is not about one isolated issue. It is a pattern: delayed service, careless execution, poor communication, and no ownership when problems arise. Residents deserve professionalism, transparency, and accountability.
