All the designers at 2250 are excellent . Kim , Christine , Joel , James and floral arrangement specialist Tricia are all approachable and so easy to work with . They listen to the clients ideas and then make it 1000x better by their selections . When people walk in my home they truthfully say this is Brenda all the way !! I purchased 10 decorative pillows. I thought they were over priced but I needed some and they had…read morethe colors I wanted. Majority of the pillows were dirty, torn, and used. I came home and one had a huge whole in it, and the other one had its stitching come off. To make matters worse the price tag sticker of one pillow came off and the sticker read $19.99 but the price was $16.99. Same as the curtains that were priced $22.99 but under the sticker was $19.99 They tried to cover the original price with an overpriced one. I won't be returning to this store ever again.

They don't look down at me as I couldn't afford to buy those fancy light fixtures displayed in the front of the store. However, I found a few affordable products that I would like to outfit my house with. The saleswoman introduced herself as Yare as she showed me the product sales specs sheet on the Alcamo LED Chandelier (model 12285.02). That was a gorgeous light fixture with 8 integrated LED to stretch to 180 inches in length and can be curled to 75.5 inches height by 55 inches wide shaped as a dome. I would need a mansion to display this light. I was intrigued with the technology on how LED can illuminate in the form of a rope. I really thought that was fiber optic. Speaking of lights through a tube, I found an LED Bath Light by Modern Forms with the light tube on both sides of fixture. This light fixture with a cinema feel could jazz up my bathroom. If I add this to my bathroom, I would need to remodel the entire house. I'll keep that in mind on my next house. Yare gave me her business card and invited me to check on their website for additional lights that are not shown in the store. So, I browsed through LuminousTrends.com and found a couple of lamps as an addition to my existing lighting. I emailed her my question and she responded very quickly. Shopping at Luminous Trends is convenient. I can shop in person and online at ease.

This is a pretty amazing lighting store located in Sugarland, offering pretty spectacular products of all sorts. So it's very shiny and glitzy and gorgeous and definitely well worth the trip, especially if you happen to be in the plaza already. I like it here and I've been here on a number of occasions now. They're right next to one of our favorite Indian restaurants so we often end up browsing here afterwards. Their selection is amazing even though prices are a little high.

The associate checking me out was visibly annoyed that I had my two children with me. While I understand boutiques may prefer a quieter environment, the level of attitude and lack of basic courtesy was shocking. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated experience. Customers are quickly profiled, and if you don't fit their idea of a "preferred" shopper, you're ignored, rushed, or made to feel like you don't belong. Customer service should never be reserved only for the customers you assume can afford it. I felt judged and unwelcome, and because of this, I will not be returning, recommending, or supporting this business in the future.
