I went to this Marshall's last night because I know they recently did their inventory so I know…read morethat a lot of things have been marked down so I went looking to buy the stuff that was marked down, but instead when i went to check out the cashier at the register i believe his name was Oscar was basically accusing me and my family member of switching tags and when I told him there was another EXACT same item also marked down he still was insisting that they needed to do a price check. He just kept looking at me like if I was lying to him, but I have worked at marshalls before and I know how the numbers work, but for two of the EXACT same items being marked down he still was just saying that it was the wrong tag. I felt really uncomfortable that he was implying that we switched tags.

I found a couple things for me, one thing for Barbi (which she loved), and they had a decent mask selection, but I also think they could do a better job in general of being stocked and staffed. I added a star because we found some wonderful cat stuff here recently, and they didn't mind that we were in here 5 mins before closing time.

The prices are the same as all Target stores, but I make sure to use the coupons and discounts that I can. I used self checkout and so I didn't really interact with any employees. I ordered a large TV stand from their website and paid for the delivery. The first trip, the unit…read morearrived flat pack and was assembled in the living room. The team saw that it was damaged and asked if I would be happy to receive a replacement shelf in the mail, but I opted to have them take it back and come back with a good unit (or this unit with good parts). When they came back, the unit was assembled and looked good. I signed, and they left. What I did not discover is that for the internal shelves, they only used 3 out of 4 of the adjustable shelf standoffs, so I didn't notice until I tried to put something in the shelves and they tilted backward. What's worse is the unit is missing one of the support legs from underneath. There is a large screw coming down without the leg (Part N according to the label on the others). I have called, used their text, and tried their email. When you call, it goes to voicemail, and they do not call you back. If you email, they do not email you back. If you use the website's text feature, you get one reply to the initial submission, and they act like it is the first they usually say something like, "We will look into it," but they never do. I feel I was reasonable each time simply asking they send me part N (the missing leg), and I would attach it myself. Beware of this company. You might get a good product and never need them, but their support process is completely non-existent, and they will not help you after the sale!

The floor manager/ salesman invited us with a warm smile and was very accommodating. In fact, they gave me some of the best service I've ever had! Let's talk about what they have. They have items that other store are coming there to buy and resale at their stores. I know they got a low rating but try them for yourself. Understand that other vendors that don't want these guys around. They're cheaper and better than the other stores because I've been to most of them. They all told me that they can't compete with this place and they don't know how these guys can have prices so low. What does that sound like to you? C'mon man, I went to this place and I've dropped thousands of dollars but what I bought cost trible from what I spent. I'm a big skeptic but I'm making this my go to spot!
