This one is in the East part of downtown not too far from the city and I'm not sure where the pictures went because my phone is being so weird lately, but we took some pretty sexy pictures here so hopefully they'll turn up and then I'll add them to review. But it's a pretty decent DD's location and seems brand new and we've come here on two occasions now, and most recently Barbi bought quite a few things here. This one and a lot of the other DD's locations are well worth the trip if you like these stores but there are much better locations way out in the distant suburbs.

Cue the day of delivery, and while I understood it was coming disassembled in 5 boxes I did not fully appreciate what 500lbs of disassembled playground means until it was sitting in my driveway. Now, my husband and I have been happily married for more than a decade. We've had our rough patches, sure, but we always get through it. Reading the 3 pages of 8x10 contents sheets.... And then the 50+ steps after that to build the set... I wasn't so sure he and I could get through assembling this Playset with our marriage intact. Thankfully I was recommended New Choice Handy Service as someone who could save me, personally, hours and days (if not weeks) of stress, strife, and marital struggle by doing the assembly for us. I liked that they are bonded and insured, so if something goes wrong there's recourse to fix it. I also liked their fast response- I reached out that evening via Facebook requesting a quote. Less than 10 minutes later they responded, asking for the Playset details which I sent. About 5 minutes later they said they absolutely could help and it's a fixed rate for this type of playground, and they could arrive as soon as 8am the next morning! Fast forward to today, it's 3:30pm and I now have a Playset built and anchored before my kids are even home from school. New Choice Handy Services are the equivalent to magic fairies that get your chores done while you're not home- at least that's how my kids will perceive the magically-erected playground in the backyard! I appreciated the consistent communication with New Choice- They did have to push our start day back a single day due to their previous job taking longer than expected, and they let me know the afternoon before they were expected to come the next morning. I've dealt with contractors who won't call and give you an update even when they're hours past the expected start time, so I was blown away with their courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for all your assembly needs!

I saw this ring on display, but convinced myself I didn't "need" it. I regretted my choice when I went back to Dallas, then messaged the owner on Instagram to ask if he had the ring in stock. I was planning on asking him to keep one for me to buy the next time I came, but he had already offered to ship the ring to me! The owner even packaged the ring in an adorable box to me! The service was amazing, the owner did not have to go above and beyond for me. The ring was $20, and you literally cannot find another one like it (I would know-- I literally scoured the internet trying to find ANYTHING remotely similar. I couldn't find anything as perfect as this ring). The shipping from Houston to Dallas was only $10. Total was $30. Service in person and online were 10/10. The quality of the ring is 10/10 (and adjustable). I am very. Very. Satisfied!
