I just came into this boot barn with my boyfriend primarily for him because he's really been…read morewanting to get into western wear. Josue helped us out and was very nice and attentive with a great attitude. Our experience was great until I decided to just take a look at the women's boots. I don't know the girls name but a small hispanic girl came over to me and asked if I needed help. I told her I'm just looking. She proceeded to look me up and down and tell me that they stretch out boots and that if I'm worried about if my "wide foot" would fit.. they do stretch out boots. Now yes I'm a thicker girl but the fact that she just assumed I have a wide foot and am not going to fit in the boots period pissed me off. She just body shamed me and thought what she was saying was okay and kept going on and on about how they don't make boots for wide feet. This was our first time in boot barn and didn't expect to be body shamed just by looking at boots. My boyfriend was about to drop $400 on shoes and a hat and she ruined that. I'm crying now so thank you for ruining our experience. I think management needs to train the young woman on etiquette because what she said was not okay.

Boot Barn really needs to hire better employees! ALL THE WOMEN IN THE STORE ARE RUDE! From the…read moremanager Blanca, to the cashier named Cassie (who always has an attitude) Anissa who seemed bothered to be at work. We have been into the store multiple time since it's opened and each and every employee makes us feel like we can't even ask a question. Nobody has customer service skills. This is an over due review but I let it slide. But today 1/2/23 was the last straw. If Cassie isn't gonna have a better attitude she should not be in customer service nor be the first face you see when you walk in! And just because every employee is dressed western does not mean they are good at their job! When customers come into this store they are coming to spend money, why would I spend anymore money in a store with rude employees? I'd rather go to a further location then go to this one 5 mins from my house.

Good job to Lou for This is a big and solid mall with all kinds of options and choices and they're not too bad in general, but they do have a few issues on the other hand, such as a lot of very rude drivers and a lot of the stores closing down and some bad traffic, and it can be really hard getting in and out of some of these parking lots because of the awful traffic. It's designed well but probably not for all the large volume of people that comes in and out of this area. I do however like it around here and there is a great boba shop and Vietnamese restaurant here that I like a lot.

I work nearby. So, I come here fairly often to dine, shop, run errands and have desserts. Starts from southeast side of mall, they got Panera Bread, Sally Beauty, Marble Slab Creamery, Kublai Khan Mongolian, Lane Bryant, Sport Clips, Nails Club and Bath & Body Works. Hop over the driveway to another building starts with Party City, Payless Shoe Source, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Ross Store, Pet Smart, Northern Tools and K&G Fashion. There are 2 buildings in the front to house Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Visionworks in one and Brew Wings and Verizon Wireless in another. There are few vacancies. I hope they bring more restaurants here. Highway 290 construction is completed and traffic is getting much smoother than ever.

I called the staff since I was confused about the measurements and they were the most patient, lovely, kind, and sweet! There was trouble with the phone and connection they spent 20 minutes maybe making sure it was all good. They then showed us everything we needed, and when we saw some more dresses we loved they werent ins rush and so sweet! At one point, they got 3 workers for us over the phone: two to measure a dress and one to call us on FaceTime showing the dresses. We were on the line with them for about an hour maybe more and they were for sure the sweetest most kind and patient and just amazing ladies!! Not into that, but we ended up getting 4 things! 3 dresses (which spare the prettiest I have ever seen) and a pair of boots which were so fabulousz! We got compliments ALL night long, and felt so confident! Without a doubt, though their clothing is a little bit pricey, the quality is amazing, pieces are stunning, and costumer service is the pure gold!! You won't regret buying something here!!
