I see others are also complaining about that. There are MANY Blairsville people that shop KOHLS and at one point a rumor they would build one here. Earlier this month I called the store on a Sunday because I could not get there until WED....the gal said she could put a 2 day extra pickup on the record and told me to call back Tuesday and ask them to take my order to customer service for a hold to pick up WED. I called Tuesday as instructed by her and told them as to what she had told me...I was told 'no can do'. Asked for a manger and she said 'no can do'...that "Online orders are pulled already and shipped back and they cannot override them" Later that day I got an email from Kohls saying thanks for your pickup. WELL I just ignored the email until the bill came today and sure enough it is on the credit card bill?!! I am basically DONE with Kohls. They have lost a faithful life long customer since they opened in Canton. I guess the manager took my order? So much pulled for return to online center?!

This is so disappointing. I've been shopping here for years. But today I had such a strange…read moreinteraction. I was shopping at the perfume counter, and the woman at the dressing room came up to me and was letting me know that you guys sell cologne on the other side of the store . As a male, I am not interested as much into the cologne because a lot of it is just fake made up stuff (literally saw a fake channel bleu ) versus the perfume is actual brands. I've been a model for 5 years and love to try to find different new brands/designers. And specifically that day I was looking for something for the fall since my typical fall scent ran out. I said I'm aware thank you and tried to continue shopping. Me thinking that she would just leave me alone. She just stand there and just was staring at me for about a minute. I got weirded out and went to the back to shop for what I was actually there for. I came back to look at the perfume and found one I actually liked and enjoyed. I looked up and she was just giving me this weird death stare. It was just very weird and uncomfortable. This micro aggression is just very odd for no reason I left the store and right as I was about to leave I looked behind me and I could just see her all the way from the dressing rooms just looking at me as if I'm some criminal. This is very weird and very odd. We all have our differences and we need to leave that at home. It's a very unprofessional way to do things. At the end of the day it's a store and I am free to buy and shop whatever I would like. It's one thing trying to be helpful and recommend something to a customer, but that's not what happened . Plus, you had lots of go backs to do and plenty of other customers to help. I know this review is probably not much help for an average customer. But I posted this for manager/ associates.

Posted sheets on the wall made it pretty easy to calculate (close enough) what prices would be for different items. Looks like they do a good job of displaying for the current season so I would be guessing, but would think they probably have 4 major updates to inventory during the course of the year. If you're shopping for a high quality purse at a reasonable price, I'd recommend coming to these outlets just to shop here before making a purchase anywhere else. I'm part of the teen generation that lived for A&F so I have spent quite a lot of time & money over a lot of my life in these stores. When I say this was like a blast from the past, I don't mean it in a nostalgic way. I was maybe one of 4 people there. The entire store was either empty (in terms of stock) OR it was a piled up mess of stuffed shelves and merchandise all over the floors. The staff couldn't have been less interested in being helpful. Also I had a customer service coupon for 20% off and the manager tried to only attach it to ONE ITEM not my entire purchase. And it took 20 min to get it applied properly.
