Wendy gave us a 'tour' and told us about the various options and that 90% of their flavors are made in-house. There were numerous hard ice cream flavors and I had a hard time choosing. I settled on dumbo delight, which was peanut butter on peanut butter on peanut butter. How could I go wrong with that combo????? I love sugar cones, which I often don't find at ice cream stores so I was thrilled they had them. One scoop was plenty for me and I loved it. They helped me decide what I wanted (a small chocolate dip cone with gator tracks ice cream, yum!) and were very fast. On top of the amazing ice cream, the two servers were some of the nicest people I have ever met! One even ensured there wasn't anyone in the room with a sensory issue prior to blending a milkshake. I've never not had a nice experience with ice cream! Pops has a bunch of different flavors, from old standards to new creative ones. Signage reflects doggie treats, lots of old Sebastian pictures. Love this cute little ice cream shop we found in Sebastian. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to try some flavors out. The shop is small but there are some seating inside. The ice cream comes in many different flavors and some are even housemade. I decided to order the housemade coffee and the toffee crunch. Paired perfectly together and I'm so amazed that the ice cream is thick but yet has a elastic consistency when being scooped. I got a scoop of each and that was plenty filling.
