They got the tires same day & installed in about 1:15 hrs. Very pleased. Definitely wasn't looking in buying tires today, but gave me a deal i couldn't pass up. With in seconds she came back with a complete out the door price i agreed and she informed me they would be at the location by 8:30 the next day. Next moring at aproximately one hour before appointment she called to inform me they had arrived and said to come on in Service time was no longer than an hour to max hour and half with complet 4 tire removal replacement mounted ballanced and a full synthetic oil change added. This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. The people are great and Staff is on point. as far as previous one star reviews well maybe you should try a little respect and understanding even ive had a couple of issues that came up but a call and explain the issue they was always understanding and asked to come back and corrected any issues with no problems. So i can say Munford Tire is and has been the best local owned establish ment with complete satifactory customer service every time

Service times are always quoted right, and they don't mind you asking detailed questions about things that are needing repair, and won't hesitate to show you the problem if you ask, or parts that are damaged, etc. Their pricing is well within reasonable margins compared to other retailers for tires and service, but you get a "hey buddy, lemme help you out" friendly face to go with it here, not like some of the nationwide chains...

I have had similar issues with them in the past but this was the last time. If you can't do the work don't charge the customer almost a third of what the actual job would have cost. Shady Mechanics Shop... You were warned. I had bought tires and had other work done here before. This 40 dollars will become the most expensive charge they have given someone. I or my friends and family will steer clear.

After inspecting my vehicle they recommended I replace the belt and front brakes. I approved to have both services completed. The next day, my brakes failed on the interstate because a caliper bolt backed out. The repair took two days to complete , and there was no apology or compensation offered. Very disappointed in both the workmanship and the lack of accountability.

Also, most of the wires and hoses were disconnected. We had to purchase new hardware in addition to the new water pump and timing belt. Very poor and expensive quote. We will never use them again.
