The young man helping me was patient even asking me how the brisket and turkey slices looked as he brought them up front from the cutting board. You could tell they were a tight team and when I commented they were some of the best,he assured me they had an excellent manager and everyone wanted a great operation. It could have had some more meat on it but the owner and I talked and we both know the butchers these days are cutting them a little to close. Next time I want the brisket because if the rib tasted this good I can't wait for the brisket. Our pork ribs on the other had were extra meaty. Tender and juicy.
