Then COVID second round picked up and Llano county thought it bad enough that they shut the school back down and went to virtual again. I went back to my Cardiologist and Pulmonologist this morning and they both said I should not go and stay inside my own home since our areas have gone back to red. I emailed the owners of this place and said my doctors have advised me to stay home since I am high risk and they offered only half back. We are 11 days out of travel dates and I get a to bad so sad. Also be advise they do not allow ESA animals even with a doctors letter. Run from this place stay at either Willow Point Big Chief or go on up to Tow it will be worth the drive to go to Tow.

We had lakefront, it was beautiful! The city is only a few minutes from the park, but why leave? They offer fishing, boating, swimming.... It was amazing and i cant wait to go back!

Check in and out were both effortless. Sadly, this was my first vacation of the year. So, visiting here off season was perfect for us. It was peacefully quiet and relaxing, with plenty of space inside the camper and out to unwind and enjoy this getaway. However, I can well imagine the fun you could have in warmer weather with all the additional amenities they have to offer. Mom and I really want to go back for some kayaking! Special bonus points for being truly dog-friendly and not charging crazy huge additional fees. We rented their kayaks and had a tranquil, fun morning on the lake. They also have a fish cleaning spot. There are several cabins as well. The owner is on site and really helpful. This is not a fancy-smancy place. Its serene and private. And you really can't get closer to the water.
