Miniso is located on the upper level next to Lucky Brand and Lenscrafters wing entrance is the best entrance. Miniso sells household and consumer goods including plushies, cosmetics, stationery, toys like blind boxes, and kitchenware. They frequently collaborate with Marvel, Mickey and friends, Sanrio, Stitch, and Minions. I like purchasing the blind boxes because I'll never know what I get. Store is very organized, clean, and spacious. It is bigger than the one in Providence. When I checked out, staff were friendly. I purchased a few stationary items.

I was envisioning a much larger selection. They did have a few pieces to stop and give pause but nothing earth shattering. Now what I will say is that they had a fully stocked skincare/haircare section that had amazing deals and 75% of the stock was name brand products. The purse section was also pretty well stocked though I think you'll find more of a variety at Burlington with better price points. The remainder of the store had similar offerings that the other various Tj Maxx's have in the region just slightly more upscale with no sparse shelves or racks. So overall worth a stop, but slightly lower your expectations if you were specifically coming in for Runway and only Runway.

They have no idea how to put in the code to apply the discount or at least that's what they said. They will blame you for not getting a coupon with a bar code while applying online, which is something that is not offered to those applying online. I know because I wasted hours on the phone between TJX and the Credit Card Co. The manager will talk over you and berate you until you leave exhausted. I felt as though she thought I was trying to scam the store, which is a very unsettling feeling. It was very embarrassing for less than $8. I really have no interest in the card or shopping there anymore. I feel like it will be a hassle to redeem rewards also.

I was told it was the last pair. When I tried to return them at the Prudential Center, the store manager - Despina, after a mere glance coldly confronted me "These were worn". I gasped as this was quite an accusation and absolutely not true. No reasoning worked and the store manager exhibited such a disdain "No Tory Burch store would sale a shoe in this condition" - I left the store feeling humiliated and hurt. Her associate tried to cover for the poor and rude attitude and was apologetic and kind. After calling the store where I purchased the shoes originally, they asked me to send pictures of the shoes and took them back without any trouble. It was quite far of a drive. Prudential Center is a central and significant Tory Burch location. How disappointing to encounter such low level of customer care!

She is also very, very good at her job. Based on my style and what I said I was looking for, she picked out the perfect pair of shoes for me! I would always find good books in the back issue bins and even find some decent stuff in the dollar bins. But my last trip here will definitely be my last as it's not worth the drive anymore. I went a few weeks ago and the selection of books was dismal and most of them are in really bad shape yet they still expect 8-15 dollars for some minor keys in the back issues. The place is also a complete mess when it comes to finding anything and the guy at the register is a jerk and shady. They were having a Black Friday sale and and they said no % off on "new" wall books and then proceeded to tell me that books that were in the wall when I came weeks ago were apparently "new" and that I couldn't get the deal they advertised and I drove 45 minutes for. It was much closer than the one in Quincy and had a much better selection than Norwood, so it was a no-brainer. While out earlier, a friend and I decided to stop in. We'd both had been wanting to see if there was a change. Plus, we were in the area as we had just had lunch next door. Best decision ever. Kyle is beyond one of the coolest individuals I've come across when dealing with various comicbook stores in my lifetime. I've been collecting since I was 8, and now, having just turned 50, it's needed. Attentive, friendly, and just plain cool. It was definitely needed and refreshing.
