I hadn't visited since they were in the previous location on Versailles Rd. I'm glad to see them growing and still thriving in these times. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. A bag of caramel apple. The owner bagged it up for me and we chatted a bit about the business and the changes since the move. Very nice & personable gentleman. My popcorn was delicious just as I remembered. Once it was bagged, it was vacuum sealed to keep it fresh. It took me a little over a week to finish a small bag and it was just as fresh on the final day as it was on day one. Lots of flavors to choose from: sweet & savory. Great prices. such a fun little shop!! i meant to catch the owner (or employees) name but i forgot to ask! he was extremely sweet and the popcorn is even sweeter! he told me about their coffee sister company in winchester and we talked about coffee for a bit and the process for that. i'm gonna check them more out soon because they do tours at the coffee factory!! i would definitely recommend stopping by here if popcorn or coffee are your thing!! you can also try the popcorn before you purchase which is super nice so you don't walk away with something you wouldn't like. popcorn portions are large (we got a medium bag) and you get a LOT for a really reasonable price. definitely coming here again. read more

Local business that was easy to find and offered great popcorn. The owner was closing in approx 10' but he was very welcoming snd of course we left with two bags of yummy homemade popcorn. They didn't offer tastings due to Covid but we weren't disappointed with the options we chose. Highly recommend the multicolored popcorn. So yummy snd well costed. I love the grape flavor. The jalapeño cheddar wasn't to spicy but needed more coating. I wouldn't order it again. Great prices and you're shopping local which is always a great thing. As a treat for the teachers at my school, the PTA left giant bags of popcorn from Popcorn Paradise in the break room & it was a hit with everyone. Needing to pick up a snack for a party I thought their popcorn would be perfect. The owner, Chris was at the counter and was so friendly and helpful (and didn't judge the amount of samples I tried). There are samples of all of the different Popcorn flavors on the counter, and I think I probably tried at least half. For the party I got a medium bag of jalapeño cheddar and a medium bag of firecracker- spicy, as fitting for a Cinco de Mayo celebration. The popcorn is very fairly priced for the amount that is in the bag. I almost got a small bag of the rosemary popcorn to keep for myself- I'll have to go back another time soon! read more

Kentucky proud with bourbon caramel popcorn! Could there be a better way to enjoy popcorn? Yes, if they added chocolate and made a "bourbon ball" flavor and as it turns out, they have done just that. It is by far the best way to eat popcorn, but with so many different flavors, don't stop there. The green apple tastes like an apple not the fake apple flavor and mixed with caramel corn to create a caramel apple flavor. The other flavor I want to mention is the jalapeño white cheddar. This stuff is spicy and cheesy and so addictive. Give this place a try. It makes for a great place for a snack date since they also have ice cream. This place is awesome! The popcorn here is so good and the owners are über nice. The shop is located in the old Brown's Bakery spot. You can try samples of any popcorn they have available, so you won't leave unhappy. The bourbon caramel is unique and delicious, and the caramel apple was amazingly fantastic. My favorite at the moment is the cheddar jalapeño. In addition to the wide variety of popcorn, you can also get Homemade brand ice cream here in 16 flavors. (It's basically UDF ice cream which is so good - you Cincinnati area people know what I'm talking about!) So, give this place a try and support a local business. I normally hate popcorn, but this place has really made me change my mind. I am truly a Popcorn Addict because of this place. They welcome you with open arms when you walk into their front door. They also have every flavor imaginable. If they don't have them, they will make you special batches if they can concoct it. YUM. The great part is they have almost all of their flavors out in containers for you to sample. Anything from Green Apple to Cheddar. It is all so tasty. I have to say I am addicted to their Peanut Butter & Grape Jelly Popcorn. It is so good. I buy a large bag every time they have it in stock. Also try their Bourbon Caramel Corn. Super good. I want some now just writing about it. One tid bit also, I found out. They use all real ingredients whenever possible. For example, their cheddar cheese is made with real cheese not a powder. Their grape jelly is made with real grape jelly. This is something you can taste in their products. The last time I went in here, they didn't have PB & J in stock. What they did was, they made a batch of it up the next day and posted a picture of it on instagram. How AWSOME is that? A great local family own this shop and work here. I've had this popcorn from the store and at various festivals several times over the past few years and sometimes it is fresh and wonderful, but other times (seems to be at least half), it is noticeably stale and underwhelming. I do like that you are able to sample everything in the store and there are a few flavors I really enjoy, as well as some (mostly the fruit ones) that are sickeningly sweet and artificial tasting. Prices are on the expensive side of reasonable, but for a good flavor or fresh popcorn, definitely worth it. It is just such a gamble that I don't come here anywhere near as often as I would if I knew the popcorn would consistently be fresh. Also, the store itself is extremely generic and basically just an ordering counter that feels unwelcoming. read more

Move over Chicago mix, popcorn paradise has a new staple- bourbon caramel!! Makes the perfect end to a great date or an afternoon with the kids. They essentially have a popcorn bar, where you get to sample all the Flavors. Remember that hard caramel stuff from the mall that was like $10 for a small bag? This place has fresh, soft popcorn in more Flavors than I thought possible! And is very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and I look forward to going back! The owner is extremely friendly. He answered all my questions when I called, and he offered plenty of samples in store. The bags are huge! I got a small, and I've been snacking on it for two days now and my bag isn't even halfway done! I got the birthday cake popcorn. It sounds weird-but it's so delicious! I stopped in today to grab a few bags of popcorn to take back home for snacks. I'm not from this area, so it's my first trip in. I was instantly welcomed when I walked in the door. The guys there are SUPER nice!! I grabbed my favorite flavor tutti frutti and grabbed some strawberry and cheddar cheese. Anywhere I go, if I can find tutti frutti popcorn... I'm in!! Prices are great at only $4.50 a bag for the small (and they pack the bag FULL). I ate most of mine on the hour and half drive back home. It was so fresh and so flavorful!
