Cute little ice cream shop in the New Distillery District, but unfortunately, the experience was…read moredisappointing. We visited on a slow Monday night and were immediately let down when we found out they had run out of Biscoff pieces for their seasonal item. My spouse then ordered a scoop of ice cream and asked for a regular waffle cone, but was told the only option was a pre-made red waffle cone with a unique flavor. When he asked if they could make a regular one, they said no -- despite having multiple waffle cone makers and not closing for another two hours. The ice cream itself was just okay, but the customer service and unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request really took away from the experience. We left feeling disappointed and with a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

We have been many times and never get the same thing because there are so many options. We go regularly to get ice cream here but we also had them at our wedding. I was quite scatter brained before the event but Annie was very patient and accommodating when I was late for pick up.

It was actually so good, but so bad. Bad because it is no where near healthy, but you don't come for ice cream for health. In this heat wave we've been experiencing, having some ice cream was such a nice treat, but especially during burger week. What a unique concept! We really enjoyed our "burger" and enjoyed it as a sandwich as best as we could. Service was quick even with a large crowd, and the ambiance is very causal and inviting.
