It was actually so good, but so bad. Bad because it is no where near healthy, but you don't come for ice cream for health. In this heat wave we've been experiencing, having some ice cream was such a nice treat, but especially during burger week. What a unique concept! We really enjoyed our "burger" and enjoyed it as a sandwich as best as we could. Service was quick even with a large crowd, and the ambiance is very causal and inviting. Definitely will be back in the near future.

The honeycomb ice cream and blueberry lime cheesecake were fan favorites! I got my staple coffee ice cream, and it was great - very coffee forward which is a must. Not quite to the level of an espresso and coffee chip flavor, but probably one of the better coffee only flavors I've ever had. Would recommend. We came right at closing and they were very accommodating and great with dealing with my picky kids who needed to try a bunch of flavors before they pick.

What a hidden gem!…read more Not far from Main St downtown at all. Super chill patio with fresh produce growing and it's on a quiet block in a residential area. The gelato is phenomenal. The dairy being used is top shelf and local. The other ingredients are gourmet for sure. Amarena cherries from Italy and all. Like whoa. Fluffy whipped look with a dense and creamy texture. They only offer about 10-12 flavors, but that's a good thing. It's all small batch. I believe the limit in tasters is 1 or 2 which is totally understandable with a small operation to keep the line moving. You can't really make a bad choice regardless. Grab an Italian soda or water also and chill here for sure.

Too often the owners bend to the customers complaints with a "we'll do better" attitude but they are confident in their product here.. as they should be! Also, who cares if they have a 1 taste rule.. it helps them keep the line moving quickly. We would taste our 1 allotted flavor and then taste our friends as they were handed their order. It's really not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. This gelato is the real deal though! A true gem to Lexington and the neighborhood. they offer a wide variety of flavors that were frequently selling out and being replaced. I visited twice during my time in town and there was often a line out the door. Service was quick and friendly. There is a small seating area inside and plenty of seating outside. I love that they also include a couple of children's sized tables. I know I'll be back when I'm in town again!! The deconstructed blackberry Nutella and the banana pudding were delicious. Perfectly smooth and flavored!

He asked whether our order was for dine-in or takeout, and when we said dine-in, he handed us menus and told us to find a table. Unfortunately, all of the available tables needed to be cleaned. We stood by one of the tables until someone eventually came over to pick up the trash, but the table was never wiped down. Since we were limited on time, we asked to place our order right away. We ordered two sandwiches and a side of their hash brown casserole. When the biscuits arrived, they were impressive in both size and taste. However, they were barely lukewarm, and the cheese on my sandwich was hardly melted. It was disappointing because the food itself showed potential, but the temperature and overall service took away from the experience.

The almond crossiant was everything it should be buttery, flaky, tasty. The almond filling was really good . As for the Mushroom and Brie crossiant its literally big enough to share if you pair it with fresh fruit or a side salad for brunch. My friend absolutely loved it and I had a small piece of it and again it was buttery and flaky as it should be. And as big as it was we both felt 6.50 was a reasonable price. The opera Cake was chocolatey and had a hint of coffee flavoring in it the filling was light and fluffy. Overall it was really good! Both my friend and I are European (she's from Germany and I'm Swiss and Spanish so we've eaten our fair share of European vs American bakery items. I have to say this was pretty close to what we've had in Europe. The woman at the counter was friendly and engaging. There was no line when I got there in the morning around 8:40 . I can see how on the weekends it gets busy there. The interior was really nice and looked comfortable. The bakery display cases were clean organized, good signage and well lit.
