What I generally appreciate about this (and all) OneZo in general is the sheer size of their menu. There's so many options that range from classic teas to more mainstream flavors. One of the other things that's nice is that they have an overwhelming variety of topping options - something that's fairly uncommon in a chain stores (e.g. the GongCha, Kung-Fu Teas out there). One of the things I *love* about this particular OneZo is that they switched to a kiosk ordering system which makes the ordering process infinitely easier when you consider their extensive menu and customization options. It does take customer interaction out of the equation, but also decreases ordering anxiety if you deal with that. Our orders were made quickly, perfectly to customizations, and with little fuss.
