My favorite store to buy new Lego sets used to be this Roseville Franchise. Over the last two…read moremonths, I have spent about $900 at this store. I'm not coming back. I've been filming my son checking out and putting the Legos in the bag for a long time. This time, even though George and Bean weren't on the video, I felt humiliated and that they were banding together to ask me to delete my video in front of other customers. This was meant to be an enjoyable and welcoming space. As soon as we walked into the store, we were ignored. No greetings. I paid $409 for this visit. Every consumer counts in this economy, particularly the clients who return to your business and spend a lot of money. My son and I were unhappy as we left the store. I called and spoke to Fava, who was supposedly the store manager, for the names of the employees. For a store manager, I would have expected more. She asked me how I would feel if someone began filming me while I was at work, turning the tables on me. I wasn't filming them, to start with. I was filming the Lego sets I was purchasing. George remarked, "I can't film until I'm paid." After I paid, he turned around and requested me to remove the video. Bean then began talking about regulations, to which I replied that I had done this several times and they had not responded in any way. I even tagged Lego. If anything, it's advertising. The location is open to the public. It is a mall. My video did not have their face on it. Why would I film their face? You shouldn't work in this store or any store that is open to the public if you're extremely sensitive. In any case, Fava acted unprofessionally and rudely. She threatened to ask me to leave her store. Is this a place she owns? I had to record the conversation on my phone as she was getting out of hand. Despite being the one who raised her voice against me, she said she didn't like my tone. Does Fava actually represent your store? Fava, George, and Bean have caused you to lose a significant customer. Bad news spreads quickly. If you keep them, you'll lose more business, and before you know it, your store will close. After receiving such treatment, why should I visit your store again? There's Walmart, the real LEGO store, and Amazon, which ships for free. If I ever franchise a LEGO store, I do not want Fava to represent my business. My goal is to have repeat business not lose customers. Until I had an apology and Fava, George, and Bean were gone, I would never return to this store. It's not a fun place to be. Not the values of Lego. I've never had a worse experience. I was thinking of just refunding the $409 back. Because after being treated that way, you don't deserve my business.

Like perfectly good packagings are SHOVED on the shelf and smashed in. Obviously those look visibly smashed so I won't buy them. But some look ok on the outside but are obliterated when you open it. So just be aware.
