Turned out to be an easy fix this time but JEFF figured it out quickly and did some trouble shooting for the future. Recommended installation of a new AC capacitor and explained benefits and cost. Did not feel pressured or forced to decide on the spot. Also discussed long term plan to replace whole system and what that would look like. JEFF provided estimates and costs were very reasonable compared to other local providers. Customer service rep, DORENE, made scheduling easy and got me in before my pets and I melted from the heat - lol! She was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. She knows everyone in Wickliffe and is universally loved! WyattWorks didn't know my mom. They just know that she needed help: after hours. Wyatt was there immediately; and in a time of COVID 19, the technician followed social distancing guidelines. He also fixed the problem with courtesy, AND, the company gave her a very generous price break because of her age. In a time of need and in a time when compassion is needed, WyattWorks plumbing perfectly did their job!

They were called in to unplug a blockage in my footer drains because of a basement water issue. I am not sure what was done if anything because I was not home when they arrived, I took a half day off of work to come home to see how things were going. When I got home they were already packed up and getting ready to leave so they were not on site for very long. They still charged me $1100. I recently had the exact same work done for $500. I was told they hit an obstruction that they couldn't jet through, when I asked to see the footage from the drain line camera they said they used I was told it had just broke and it wasn't available. I asked if they could try using their auger/cutter to remove the plug, I was told they didn't want to use it because it might tear up my perforated pvc drain line. When I told them that they could reach the supposed plug from the solid outfall line they stuttered and made up another excuse. When I pressed the gentleman doing the work as to why they couldn't try, I was told he had just got off the phone with his boss and that he had a new cutting head he didn't want to risk damaging. Why lie? Just be honest. Better yet why take a job to unplug a line if you don't plan on using the tools needed to get the job done?
