    These guys are extremely overpriced and worse yet they are unscrupulous liars…read more They were a sub contractor for Payne and Payne builders. They were called in to unplug a blockage in my footer drains because of a basement water issue. I am not sure what was done if anything because I was not home when they arrived, I took a half day off of work to come home to see how things were going. When I got home they were already packed up and getting ready to leave so they were not on site for very long. They still charged me $1100. I recently had the exact same work done for $500. I was told they hit an obstruction that they couldn't jet through, when I asked to see the footage from the drain line camera they said they used I was told it had just broke and it wasn't available. I asked if they could try using their auger/cutter to remove the plug, I was told they didn't want to use it because it might tear up my perforated pvc drain line. When I told them that they could reach the supposed plug from the solid outfall line they stuttered and made up another excuse. When I pressed the gentleman doing the work as to why they couldn't try, I was told he had just got off the phone with his boss and that he had a new cutting head he didn't want to risk damaging. Why lie? Just be honest. Better yet why take a job to unplug a line if you don't plan on using the tools needed to get the job done?

    Called the plumbing service for fixing my master bathroom that got leaking due to polar arctic. The…read moreplumber came and checked the faucet and took 20 minutes to just take out the faucet. Then said since this is a different faucet and I have never seen anything like this before, I need to call different companies to figure out the valve which is faulty. He left and calls an hour later to inform me that it cannot be found locally and I need to order it through Moen, they can provide expedited shipping for $15 and i can have the part by next day. He told me the model number to order. The part comes in next day and when I call him to come and fix it, he mentions that I will be out of town for next 3 days and my brother who is the owner of the company can take care of it. When I contacted him, he says he is not sure whether he can fix it and probably we need to order the whole faucet. When I asked him do you know how to fix it, he bluntly said no. Then told me next day he can drop the part back to my house. He comes next day to drop the part and hands me over a $125 bill and says this is the service charge you need to pay me even if I do not fix anything.I was like for wasting 3 days and not fixing my faucet you want to charge me $125? I refused to pay and he started arguing. He left saying do not call me again. I think he was probably daydreaming that I would be calling him for any service ever again. Moreover the next plumber I called to fix my bathroom told me that the part number I have ordered was wrong .The plumbers of this company do not know their work and moreover are very rude to talk to. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Stay away! Horrible service and company!!!

The opportunity to return the items anonymously without repercussion was extended, but my items have not been returned. * * * * * PERSONAL PROPERTY STOLEN * * * * * The work that was completed was done well enough. They even went above and beyond to work with my existing antiquated utilities. The mess left behind was no worse than that of other tradesmen I have hired (dust, greasy fingerprints, bootprints, etc). One of the men took one of my kitchen towels and used it as a rag without asking. It was then left balled up on the floor. I didn't even bother calling to complain about this, but in retrospect...* * * * This may have been a tactic to draw my attention away from the shelf where my personal belongings were stolen from.* * * * If you hire this company, get the full names of ALL of the workers who will be in your home. Google them before letting them in. If your gut tells you not to let them in, do not let them in. Do not take your eyes off them for a second. Do not allow one worker to distract you while the other(s) are unattended. If possible, place cameras, even around items of no/low value, kids' toys, knick-knacks, etc, even if they are too high up to reach normally. If you do not have video cameras, take before pictures of any room they have access to. Do not allow them to remove trash/debris from your home. Insist that they leave any garbage bags behind and check them thoroughly before throwing them away yourself. Take inventory of your belongings immediately. Record and photograph anything odd, even if it isn't something you would usually bother complaining about. If anything has gone missing, NO MATTER HOW LOW IN VALUE, file a police report. The most effective purpose I'm giving 4 stars in place of 5 is due to the fact the pricing felt a chunk excessive. Still, the exceptional and professionalism made it well worth it. Would clearly name them again for destiny plumbing needs.

    Sal was extremely professional in sending out their repair person. However, the person who came…read morewas very unfriendly. When I asked him to wear a mask, he refused. When I asked him to check if there was a leak of gas from my furnace, he said everything is in good working condition and there are multiple safety measures to prevent any leak. But when I asked how to be sure there is no leak, he said that is a second step to measure with a meter and it will cost another $89. In any event, I didn't find him to be friendly and helpful to rule out my initial complaint. I did not opt for the second step. No second step for diagnosis was informed by Sal earlier. That said, I guess I must give the business a 5-star rating based on the professional scheduling and followup of the appointment. "One swallow doesn't make a summer' or "one bad day" is not a true reflection of the company. I am changing my rating at Sal's text request personally. It's only changed because I can understand Sal's concern as a businessman. He offered me free service in return but I declined it again. He got me wrong completely. My changed rating is only for the professionalism shown by the reception desk and their follow-up. It is not for the changed picture Ron gave that I asked if Ron wanted me to wear a mask. Who would ask that in one's own house? I was wearing my mask thoughout the encounter. As a 65+ year-old, I must be cautious. I don't need a service person's permission to wear a mask inside my house. Unbelievable. But I thought I must clarify to Sal's reply. Thanks Sal for your prompt response. But, isn't that a courteous way to ask ? - "You might want to wear a mask". He saw I was wearing one and he was entering my residence. Yes, I could have insisted but I think that is rude. Secondly, my complaint was "gas leak" and hence, the request to send someone from your company. I am not disputing any diagnosis. I just placed it before you, so it doesn't happen again.. I don't want any money back either. Service was rendered and I accept your company's policy. However, I thank the reception desk for immediately scheduling the appointment the same day. It was highly professional, including the update they followed up with. I commend you for that. Anyways, thanks for your immediate response. Much appreciated

Sals heating has been working on our boiler system since 10/20/25. From 10/20/2025 till 1/2026 Sals has charged us 6,102.00 On 2/10/2026 we were presented with two more estimates: 1) 3,627.00 for further repairs . 2) 18,180.00 total replacement of Boiler It is my fear that they feel an additional 3,627.00 will not fix the boiler in entirety so they included an estimate of full replacement of system. 2) Replacement of boiler system in its entirety: 18,180.00 We have moved on and will not be using Sals service for any additional repairs/work This matter will appear on your website reviews and am submitting to the BBB
