    That's not cheese
    Vicki B.

We've been eating at the original Poor Richards since the 80s. Always loved it. Were happy to see one open in Springville where we live. It was good at first but has gone downhill fast. Ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party today. They forgot to make the 2 cheese pizzas. And the ones they gave us . . Two had gross, lumpy weird tasting cheese. The staff was rude and not helpful in the least. Pretty sure they won't last

    pepperoni and cheese pizza

One of those awesome places that mistakenly believes it's honest and good customer service to charge vegetarians $11 for a salad with 3-5 kinds of meat on it they can't eat. Refuses to budge because at this establishment the customer is always wrong. Lots of people limit meat because of health concerns (heart disease, high blood pressure, MS). At this place we are all SOL. Also our pizza was burn to a crisp. It's worth the time to drive to town to Round Table.

If I could give 0 stars I would this was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. The quality of dough and the quality of ingredients was gawd awful. The dough wasn't even cooked all the way and there was maybe a pinch of cheese on the whole large. I ordered a half pepperoni pizza and half chorizo pizza. My pizza was 90% doughy bread. I love poor Richard's in porterville I go all the time this was just terrible. I also ordered habanero wings and it was just all chicken wing barely any sauce. I spent $55 when I shoulda went to Little Caesars and bought a pizza for $12 instead.

Worst Pizza I have ever had. Dry, almost tasted stale. I could taste the raw flour on the crust. Will never order again.

After looking at many…read moredifferent businesses and menus the Mediterranean pizza caught my eye and I couldn't stop thinking about it. Yesterday I finally decided to bite the bullet and order. Pizza is typically something that I don't order often because it is usually pretty expensive. The pizza was excellent and I would definitely definitely want this again however I removed a star because when I attempted to order through the pizza guy app when it came time to pay it said if using a card you needed to meet the driver at the door to sign and show the card. I was working and was not able to go to the door so that was not an option for me the only other thing was to pay cash which I don't have. I am not sure why they have to do it this way when every other place can take your card information and leave the food at the door. Other places also offer payment through PayPal or Venmo that's linked directly to your bank account so that's another option that would've been better because ordering through the app I could've used a coupon and saved quite a bit of money. This time I had to go through DoorDash so I had to pay higher price and a small pizza and one drink was over $30 which is way too much in my opinion. If they would give you other payment options through the app that would definitely help and I would be ordering more often. Sometimes having something delivered is not just for convenience but it's the only thing you can do so limiting the options on how you can pay or that you have to meet someone at the door can make a difference. Now for the food review... I loved everything about this pizza other than the price ha ha. Crust was very good there were plenty of toppings and they were well distributed. Even though I like everything on this pizza I was a little unsure about the combination because I've never had this type of pizza before. But it was so good and is definitely a favorite it was also delicious cold I had a piece that evening and that's always a good indicator as well. If a pizza is good both hot and cold that is a plus. Definitely would recommend the Mediterranean pizza and would order again when I am able to go and pick it up myself.

The man who greeted us upon arrival (I believe he was the owner as his there were photos of him and his wife on the wall) was very welcoming; unfortunately, we never saw him again after being seated. To preface the experience we had, It's worth noting that we were the only table in the entire restaurant. The waitress was not very friendly and was extremely unattentive. We had to flag her down for everything from ordering, to getting silverware, to actually checking out. She never once checked in with us to see how our food was or offer us refills on drinks. We also ordered a well drink from the bar and she automatically upcharged us without asking. As a former bartender I am all for upselling, but don't charge a customer for greygoose when they ordered a well vodka. Once we were finished eating we sat there for a good 15 minutes as she was outside on the patio smoking and chatting with her friends. When she did check us out she seemed bothered by us even being there and never once said thank you. The food itself was ok, we had two of their sandwiches with onion rings and fries. Overall though, I can't recommend this spot, which is sad because I love supporting local businesses. Hopefully this was just an off day for them.

And always receive rave reviews for their tasty topping combinations and consistency. Unfortunately our recent order was less than ideal and we were rather disappointed. Our go to, a large pizza with half chile verde and half creamy garlic chicken was underwhelming. The pizza itself was overcooked which resulted in a dry pizza. Luckily the chile verde topping was still delicious but without ranch it was barely edible. The chicken pieces were dry and hardly had any sauce or garlic. The potato wedges we ordered were also disappointing. The potatoes were soggy, pale and undercooked. And when I mean undercooked, a majority of the potatoes were raw. The saving grace was the buffalo chicken wings. Cooked well but not spicy at all. As well as a small cheese pizza which was nicely sauced, plenty of cheese and baked well. I will disclose that the pizzeria was busy but that has never been an issue in the past. We will return as we enjoy their chile verde and creamy garlic chicken pizza.

We came up to Three Rivers today and honestly Pizza Factory wasn't even in the plans. We were going to try a one or couple other restaurants but unfortunately the ones we wanted to go to were closed, my wife said pizza sounded good, so I acquiesced Let me tell you, I am SO glad we did. I didn't have high expectations going in but this place absolutely blew me out of the water. The service was excellent, the environment was great, the crowd was friendly, and the pizza was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm a foodie and I consider myself pretty dang picky. I've had a LOT of pizza that I just didn't care for, but this place nailed it. The dough was done beautifully. Nice little crunch on the bottom without being overdone, so the crust wasn't tough. The toppings were plentiful and the whole thing was basically a piece of art as it danced across my tongue. We got the Hawaiian pizza, and since I love pepperoni I asked them to add pepperoni. Then I thought about it and said, nope, make that double pepperoni. And let me tell you, that was the right decision! We also got a couple fountain sodas and everything was really good. Really good spot. I highly recommend it. They've even got claw games for the kiddos and a small salad bar for our leaf eating friends First time here and definitely won't be the last. The pizza joint was very busy, but the staff moved the line quickly. The menu covers all the basics with a decent variety of standard pizza toppings. Keep in mind that this isn't thin-crust, New York-style pizza. The crust here is thick, fluffy and doughy and don't expect to see premium toppings. As a nice bonus, the chicken wings are baked rather than deep-fried and they offer standard side salads (house and Greek) along with a few beers and a seltzer on tap. I tried a passion/guava seltzer and it was not sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere is lively, complete with a large TV playing sports. I noticed a few claw machines for the kids, though adding a couple of classic arcade games would be a great way to keep them entertained after eating. Service was fast and we appreciated having the food brought directly to our table rather than having to call our number at the counter. While our order initially came out incorrect, the staff corrected the mistake promptly and handled it very professionally. Overall, it's a solid, convenient spot for a casual meal!

Came with just sauce, pickles and cheese. The sauce kind of threw me off, it has a smokiness to it I didn't find too appealing at first. I didn't mind it towards the end of my burger, but if I ordered one again, I would get it without the sauce. Patty was well seasoned and smashed. The cheese was melted nicely and I know they say you should get "two Pattie's" with a smash burger, I really didn't need it , it was a decent size burger. Fries were no good. Seasoned, yet tasted like nothing. Pass on the fries. Plus the combo doesn't come with a drink. I'd just opt out of the fries and see if I could get a drink instead. Cost came to $10.99 for a single combo and $12.99 for a double. They do have a jalapeño Smash burger for $13.99 but first time here so went basic. Pizza was "ok". First bite reminded me of Domino's to be honest. Flavor, cheese, texture. It was very reminiscent, even the crust tasted pretty spot on. But as I kept eating, I can tell the flavors started to taste like their own. The crust had a chew but a nice airiness in the center. The sauce was just ok, the pepperonis were good. It's the kind of pizza I'd enjoy if someone brought it home I'd grab a slice or two, but again, not something I'd drive to Tulare for to be honest. My Dad had the first hand experience of the customer service and said everyone here was super nice and friendly, very attentive which is a plus. The food held up coming to Visalia which was also a plus. If I was in town and was craving one of these items, I'd consider stopping and sitting inside to try it one more time.
