Hired this service. Still tons of crap in my yard. Canceled the service and they continue to take money from my account. Don't do it!

I have never left him with anyone other than my parents / sister to care for him. Martina came over to our home for a meet & greet & Steve immediately took to her. He seemed comfortable and happy around her. We left him with her for just over a week & I felt so at peace. Martina posted plenty of pictures of Steve on her IG page so I was able to see what he was up to and he seemed to be having the time of his life over there. I was worried he would not want to come back home! Martina is awesome at communicating and is very pleasant to be around. I will never take Stevie anywhere else. Thank you for being so good to our old pup.

Martina & her pack were amazing!…read more We were nervous about leaving our girl Bailey with anyone but family, but we instantly knew it would be a good fit after the initial meet and greet. It takes a while for Bailey to warm up to humans but Martina allowed Bailey to warm up to her at her own pace. After the trial half day, we were excited that Bailey would be in great hands and would have friends to play with!! We left Bailey with Martina for a little under a week and we are so happy with the love and attention Martina provided Bailey. She was very professional and kept us updated every day, either through videos/photos on instagram or through text. Bailey looked so happy in all the photos and videos!!! If we could give more stars, we would. We would recommend Martina & Waggy Trails to anyone in need of pet sitting, day care, or dog walking. This was such an easy and great experience and we are so thankful to Waggy Trails for treating Bailey as one of their own!

They took us right back, let me spend a little more time with my girl, gave me all my options (chose private cremation with a beautoful hand carved box), and made the process as quick and easy as possible. 3 days later, I get a a sympathy card in the mail from the office. Not only did every single person who works there sign it, but they all hand wrote personalized messages. It was such a wonderful gesture, and very much above and beyond. About 6 years ago, we had a dire medical emergency with another one of our cats. She needed a blood transfusion immedieatly, or she was going to die. Arlington saved her life.

We came here during a very stressful emergency with our pet and did receive medical treatment,…read moreincluding IV fluids and medications. The doctors appeared knowledgeable, and the clinical care itself was appropriate. However, the overall experience was cold, rushed, and overwhelming. Communication focused heavily on costs, paperwork, and internal process rather than comfort, reassurance, or clear explanation, even while we were visibly anxious. The interaction felt transactional rather than compassionate. At discharge, we were never clearly told how our cat responded to treatment or why she was considered ready to go home. There was no explanation of her condition after fluids and medications, no reassurance about her stability, and no clear medical summary in plain language. We were left to assume she was okay simply because she was being discharged. While we were waiting for our cat, my daughter experienced low blood sugar. I clearly stated, "My daughter Hannah's blood sugar is low," and explained that I was worried about her condition. I asked if I could step out briefly and come back for our cat so I could take care of my daughter first. Instead of reassurance or acknowledgment of that urgency, the response was, "Let me check if she can be discharged now." The focus shifted to expediting our cat's discharge rather than accommodating a child's medical emergency. I had to follow up because of the urgency of my daughter's condition. Our cat was then discharged without clear communication that she was medically ready and without being allowed additional time to rest after treatment. In that moment, it felt like process and payment were prioritized over situational awareness, empathy, and basic human compassion. In an emergency setting, medical treatment alone is not enough. Clear communication, empathy, and human awareness matter just as much. Unfortunately, we did not feel supported as pet owners or as parents facing a medical emergency with our child. I hope this clinic seriously reevaluates its bedside manner and client communication, because emergencies require humanity, not just procedures.

January 3, 2026…read more Today we had to say goodbye to our sweet 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Charlie. Lincoln Veterinarian Pet Clinic handled this heartbreaking day with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Irene was truly remarkable. She was patient and compassionate all morning, and each time I called, she recognized my voice and spoke with such care. That alone brought comfort during an incredibly painful time. The entire staff was gentle, prompt, and respectful, treating Charlie with dignity and us with sincere empathy. We are profoundly thankful for the compassion shown on one of the hardest days imaginable. Thank you so very much.

I only came to this vet because of a referral from my breeder. Not only did they make me wait over an hour once, but twice!! TWICE. The first time after my breeder had took my puppy to the vet, we were scheduled for the second round of shots. During that appointment we still had to wait an hour. If I have an appointment shouldn't I been seen at the set appointment time? If there was a waiting period after checking in why was there no updates? Oh okay...They made us do an exam and we did, after that we were able to get our shots and we were scheduled for the last set vaccine that was supposed to be for today. Since shots are supposed to be taken at a specific time frame we were stressed and determined to get it done the date we had scheduled in advanced. After waiting a hour + they finally decided to open their mouth and communicate and say that my puppy needs another exam and this is their policy and the shots cannot be given. How convenient after a whole hour of waiting.. You decide to bring up your policy about how he can't have his shots and no you cannot have an exam the same day even though you had the 1130 slot filled for my appointment you wanna cancel.. After I was waiting in the lobby for over a hour.. Nice!!! ( They already gave him shots from the previous visit so not sure why I would need to pay another $67 for an outpatient visit. So not only did this frustrate me since I have already paid wayyy over the regular amount for vaccines / appointments they want to waste my time, and overcharge me and also not give a single fuck about my dog's scheduled vaccine appointment. What happened to vets not being a cash grab and actually caring about their animals and the paying customers. ( I have paid $100+ for only 3 visits ) If you think about taking your pets here don't.
