Nothing feels rushed or overly structured, it's just very calm and thoughtful in a way that's hard to explain until you see it. My dog tends to take a little time to settle with new people, and I was surprised how quickly she relaxed. It didn't feel like anyone was trying to "manage" her or push a routine, everything just moved at a quieter pace, and she responded to that. The updates were simple and reassuring. What stood out most was the feeling of trust. Not just that things would be done correctly, but that my home and my dog were being cared for with a level of attention that's hard to find. I've used other services before, and this just feels different in a way that's hard to go back from.

We brought our 7 year old, very small (5-6 lb.) cat in on a Monday because she was losing weight and having bathroom accidents. Blood tests lead to an $800 ultrasound on four days later on Friday, with no interim advice or possible solutions, zero sense of urgency. No weekend follow up after the ultrasound, then the office closed on Monday for a snow day with zero coverage by phone or email until very late in the day after repeat calls/voicemails/texts. Poor cat was doing very poorly by the end of Monday and ended up in the ER, where we were told she was in late stage kidney failure. The vet finally called us the next day and showed zero compassion, wanted to do more tests to find out why she was in kidney failure. If there was a way to cancel payment for all services charged by this vet, I would definitely do so. We ultimately had to do the humane thing that afternoon and say goodbye to our beautiful little girl. If you do not care about your animals and have money to burn on useless tests with no solutions, this is your vet.

We used to bring our dog here, but one day, a young girl finally let me see the back area, and it…read morewas heartbreaking. The inside was small, smelled awful, and there had to be at least 60 dogs crammed in there, with cages stacked and dogs locked up - despite their claim of being cage-free. There was a gross, dirty, stinking mop bucket, and I even saw pee and feces on the floor, which could have just happened, but no excuse for the smell and gross black water in the mop bucket. It became common sense to me when I was told they get 60-80 dogs a day - there's no way all those dogs could be playing like they advertise. That's when I was dying to see the inside. When I finally did, I was shocked - it was just a small, open space room, sectioned off with no real room for the dogs to move. Now, imagine you're me, standing there, and you see most of the dogs stacked in cages, locked in with nowhere to go. It was truly shocking and sad, and I knew then that we were being lied to and cheated. Their so-called 'outdoor' space is a complete joke. If you drive around the back, you'll see it for yourself - just a narrow strip of asphalt parking lot. Now, imagine that already tight space cut up into even smaller sections, not even one whole area, just little blocks where dogs can barely turn around. Everything I've shared is true, and you can do the research and see it with your own eyes. After what I saw, we pulled our dog out of this place and forfeited our remaining package. We weren't about to pay for our dog to be caged - we could do that at home. If you care about your dog's well-being, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

Playtime Pet Resort - Windham staff are attentive, friendly, & kind. I was in search of a new…read moredoggie daycare for my two dogs- my hound mix had previously gone elsewhere and when I tried to have my pit mix pup attend they profiled him and wouldn't let him join. Playtime Pet Resort is accepting of all breeds. They gave tater tot a chance and saw what a total lover boy he is! Now both Luna and Tater Tot attend daycare.
