They handled our unruly puppies with kindness and they came home so tired they slept all through the evening and night. The manager called mid-day to update us on our dog's behavior which was nice. I was hoping to see a pic of either of our dogs on their Facebook page, but none that day of any dogs at all. I think they can do a lot better in this department to show a video of play or something for their customers on their social pages. I don't love how close the building is to the main road. Feels a bit risky with excited dogs when bringing them to/from your car. They will cancel your stay if the parking lot is full of snow, ice, etc. Overall a good stay, but they need more competitive pricing.

We told her that he has always been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays but she was yelling and aurguing and then told us to get out and she will refund our monthly membership. Which she did within minutes. WTF! Not sure what happened here as it is all so random and bizarre. We will finding a new local daycare for our pup.

We enrolled our puppy (Merritt) in their Board & Train program with Trainer Greg and Trainer Kay, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Greg and Kay were knowledgeable, patient, caring, and truly invested in helping our puppy learn and succeed. They worked on training, manners, and confidence while also making sure Merritt was happy and well cared for throughout the entire program. We saw such a positive difference in our puppy, and we came home with not only a better-trained dog, but also the tools and guidance we needed to continue reinforcing everything at home. This company were not only very responsive, including the owner, but they did an outstanding job in reassuring us that our puppy was in great hands! We started by making an account and profile on Chloe and it was so easy and user friendly! We then chose our time of day we wanted them to come and our preferences of how many times and how long we wanted the pet sitter to stay. When everything was booked, we met Cassandra and Alisha and Chloe loved them RIGHT away! That was something my husband and I really liked, is that the sitters who would be watching her, met her prior to us going away. All of this happened in a span of 2 weeks since our original plans of who would watch Chloe fell through. During the trip, Cassandra and Alisha were AMAZING! We received email updates with pictures after every bedtime visit (we chose 3 visits a day with just one update but you can customize to however you want!). Those pictures and updates are what got us through the week! It was great because the girls not only cleaned up fuzz and animal pieces from her toys, but also helped clean the containers that had her food in them. During that week, Chloe was on a special diet of chicken and rice as well as medicine and a powder probiotic. the girls did WONDERFUL with managing that entire situation. Jessica, the owner was also beyond amazing for getting back to us so quickly when it was the day before we left for our vacation and she had to be put on all of this medicine and special diet. This company was amazing and we will most definitely be using them again in the future and going to be requesting the same 2 girls since Chloe loved them so much! Working from home with a new German Shepherd puppy was a lot harder than anticipated (duh!). We…read moresearched for a dog daycare, but not without hesitation, as our puppy unfortunately was bit x2 by older, grumpy dogs in our family. Puppy Paradis had great reviews and we were happy to see that they were "crateless," so we decided to give them a try. On our first day we met the owner, Amanda. I explained to her our puppy's history of being bit and how we were nervous about her becoming fearful of other dogs. Amanda took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me that she would ease our puppy into socialization, starting by introducing her to one dog at a time and keeping her in a small group with other small dogs. When I went to pick our puppy up, Amanda greeted me again and explained how well our puppy did that day. We even got a report card and photos showing us how much fun she had. Our puppy now goes to Puppy Paradis twice a week. She is always so excited to be there and is exhausted at the end of the day, so I know she is having a great time. We look forward to finding out pup in the photos they post daily on Facebook. Our puppy is no longer as fearful as she was in our first few weeks of having her, and I think that is due in part to her time spent at Puppy Paradis. My…read more2 year old chihuahua/pomeranian mix goes once a week for day care and has boarded with them in the past. I am, for lack of a better phrase, a psychotic dog mom who treats her dog like a child. From the second I met Jen and Cindy, I felt so completely comfortable leaving my dog with them for daycare every week. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly, and they treat your dog as a member of their family. My dog absolutely loves the time she spends there and it's actually hard to get her to leave. She knows what day of the week she is going to daycare and will wake up at 4:30am and sit by the front door until it's time to go. I have only gone on vacation once since I got my dog, but knowing that Free Dog's boarding services are available to me has made me much more willing to plan some more getaways. They are quick to respond to any emails or calls I may have made checking in on how things were going, and are always posting pictures to facebook so you can see what your dog is doing while you're gone. Their expertise and love of what they do makes me so grateful to have found such a wonderful company, and I truly look forward to dropping my pup off each week.
