Told them i could pay in 10 days when got my check. 470. Was told no. Meanwhile cat is suffering. The didn't care. Vets constantly rotating in and outa there. Never same dr twice. They should be ashamed of themselves. Money grab, no humanity.

***UPDATE*** Got a…read morecall from the Vet this morning. Apparently she has been out of the office and just saw a message to call me. I appreciate the call and going over some of the results. More results are pending and I hope I get informed and reached out to. I do not like having to leave this review up with one star, as the people at this place seem very kind. But there is a disconnect between relaying information to me, especially when told I would be notified. Waiting and waiting multiple times for no call back, no email, no nothing is a horrible and dark place to live in your own mind. Then watching your cat repeatedly vomit then look up at you with big gold eyes makes you feel like An Absolute Failure. Reaching out with any information about delays, waiting a few more days, any news would certainly go a long way. ***End of Update*** You Won't Get Answers Here. Brought my 6 year old cat here through a recommendation as he was diagnosed with a heart murmur and a history of vomiting and prior vet did not seem concerned as his weight was relatively stable. Vet said he was slightly overweight by 2lbs. The vet here, Dr. Kara Radzinski did seem concerned about the frequent vomiting, and ordered a blood test, ekg, and ultrasound with a GI panel if necessary. The blood test was done first as the results would be soon. Waited to hear back. No answer. Waited another day. No answer. Had to request the blood test myself by calling the office. Got the results and tried to read them myself. No word from MVAH until later where I received an email from the vet apologizing saying their lab delayed posting the results to her. Ok. Understandable. Did the ultrasound a couple weeks later. Was told I would receive results in a few days. Waited. And waited. Finally a week later requested the ultrasound through their portal Otto. Got it right away. WTH? I've been so nervous waiting patiently for any word, and the ONLY emails I received were from MVAH telling me to purchase their merchandise, 'Email exclusive | 48-HOUR SALE!' and 'Last chance to receive your sitewide code!'. No call to help explain what I'm looking at. The only time I received a call was to pick up my cat after his ultrasound, and they recommended I add the GI panel ($580) and fecal testing ($113.68) as well. I did. Because I'm scared and want my cat to be well. I then requested thru MVAH portal Otto for the GI panel. No word. Not surprised. Called the office directly and asked for test results. Was told they weren't ready. I asked to not fall through the cracks and get some help as I'm over a couple thousand dollars in at this point and would like some help. Front Desk was very nice, but still no call from the Vet. Haven't turned in his stool sample as my faith in this place is gone. Thankfully I never ordered the EKG here, I wouldn't know how to read that even with help from Google. Everytime my cat vomits I get upset at MVAH all over again. They got their money. I have test results I have to ask for, then google to understand. DO NOT COME HERE. You are your pets safety net, they depend on you as their voice. You won't get answers here. You are just a Big Dumb Piggy Bank at the MVAH. Oh, they didn't even call me the day before his ultrasound. I finally called at 4pm the day before his procedure to answer questions I had. The picture is of his bloody nipples. He was returned to me like this. No mention they nicked two of his nipples and he was bleeding. They were bloody, then pus-y, then finally scabbed over. I made sure to keep my eye on them and cleaned them with hypochlorous acid (which is what Vetericyn Plus is). tl:dr Run from this place while you can.
