I would stay away from this company. Normally I don't write bad reviews but recently I received a call from the owner Scott Fleming who proceeded to yell and berate me all because I inquired about switching our service time from 7am Friday morning to sometime between 9 and 3 when we aren't home, when the dogs aren't out or when my kids are getting on or off the bus with a sketchy contractor on site. I was immediately told that's not how they operate and everything is optimized out by a computer. I said that's fine but could a heads up be given Atleast 24 hours before and he said that's not the way it worked. I was taken back by his unprofessionalism and will no longer use their service. I highly recommend you stay away so you don't get yelled at as well. read more

Update: After telling multiple people how great Poop911 is I have now discovered how crappy their customer service is. One of my dogs is an escape artist and can get the gate open. I keep a clip in the latch to keep her safe in her pen. On a couple of occasions I noticed Poop911 left the clip off so I sent them an email explaining the importance of making sure they clip the gate. For a while they got better. Last two weeks the clip was off again. It's not that hard! So I sent a stern email that if it happens again I will cancel. Well no need they canceled me instead. Time to tell everyone I sent their way their customer service is equal to what they clean. read more

Yes, I am reviewing a poop removal service. Scott is not just a "pooper scooper"; he is a one-man force of yard cleanup. My husband has been ill and we are in the process of selling our house so we can move (out of state) closer to the hospital. Needless to say, things are chaotic here right now. Our yard had gone neglected for a few weeks and, with two dogs and tons of leaves, it was pretty awful. I called a few companies and they either never replied or couldn't help. Scott immediately responded and was genuinely happy to help us. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and came out that weekend. He did a PHENOMENAL job. The yard is practically spotless!! Leaves, poop & all. He bagged it all up and put it neatly on the curb for us (also offered to haul it away).
