Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. I had a problem with the pump and they were easy to get in touch with and fixed it in no time. They are easy to communicate with and are quick with responses. They truly go above and beyond. I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation.

Evidently there's a plethora of other reviews that are almost identical to mine. Those are legit though, right? "As for the "fake reviews" we receive that are good, we can assure you, they are as authentic as a unicorn riding a rainbow" Yeah I bet. Your "highly intelligent" staff must have written that. A sophisticated staff of highly intelligent winners alright. Do you hire from prisons? Or through work programs for special needs people? Sincerely asking. The manager I spoke with clearly had some sort of developmental issue, as well as an unwarranted attitude. Is this even a genuine business? Also sincerely asking. Wow family owned? Corporations have better customer service and so do the other family owned companies in the Central New Jersey area! Which is who everyone goes to post your experience. It's upon hiring these other companies that people again realize how abysmal your service is. Bit of a major mismatch there, vic. I'm truly not a complainer. The issue is they opened the wrong pool- should have been servicing my neighbor's in ground pool, NOT my above ground pool!. Spoke to a lovely woman who said there was an error, she offered to put the cover back on my pool. My actual pool service from another company is in 3 days. No other compensation was offered- eg gift card, complimentary merchandise... A mistake was made by this company, and no compensation was offered.

The owner was suppose to call me back after he talked to the crew... still waiting for that call. Paid $370 to open the pool ... the most I ever paid for a massive headache.
