Had my daughters birthday here a few months ago and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in and met with the receptionist to the final goodbyes of the staff at the end of the party; it was a hit!! We rented the location for 2 hours and had the whole place to ourselves! It is an indoor pool, but the windows and doors are all open to let the cross breeze in, we brought toys, food, games, music! All the necessities! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it was really relaxing to be in such a nice environment! What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with friends and family! We all had a great time and will return again next summer for her 11th birthday!

Great place to have a pool party! A few weeks ago I rented the swimming pool for my niece's birthday party. All the people who attended the birthday party commented on how great it was to be able to have a birthday party there. The temperature of the water was also great. It's warmer than the normal temperature of a pool, but not hot. It was fine for a summer day. The best thing was that many of my guest had infants, and they liked the fact that the pool was warm enough to get them in. We all enjoyed ourselves and the lifeguards did an exceptional job in keeping everyone safe. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties, events, or even to take any of the classes they offer. Thank you for providing great service.

The instructors have actually been great and wonderful with my child. The issue is that many WaterWorks locations are co-located inside gyms, which becomes a problem when there are facility issues that impact the pool. We recently showed up for a scheduled lesson only to find out it had been canceled hours earlier. Despite having multiple ways to contact families, only a single robocall was sent to one parent, which ended up being flagged as spam and missed. At a bare minimum, they could have called both parents (our communication preferences on our account list this) and they could have sent a text or email notification too. As a parent of a child with special needs, unexpected disruptions to routine can have a huge impact and can throw off an entire day. The response afterward was basically, "Sorry, but at least you weren't charged." Of course we shouldn't be charged for a lesson that never happened. Waterworks needs a better system for communicating cancellations and handling situations like this. If you have the option to go with a different swim company in your area, especially one with its own facility and stronger communication systems, it may be a good idea.

Monica is incredibly patient and intentional in the way she teaches. I could clearly see her introducing new skills step by step, making sure he understood, and encouraging him the entire time. What stood out most was how engaged he was. He was completely attentive, listening closely, and genuinely excited to try what she was teaching him. It is amazing to watch his confidence grow in the water, and I truly believe Monica deserves a lot of credit for that. She takes her time, communicates clearly, and creates an environment where kids feel safe and motivated to improve. If you are looking for a swim instructor who is skilled, patient, and truly invested in her students' progress, Monica is outstanding. We are so grateful for her!

Our daughter was initially extremely afraid and apprehensive getting used to her head under water. She cried bloody murder the entire first week. It was admittedly very difficult having to hear her scream the entire 15 minutes, but trust the process! Alex was so good with her and earned her trust. By the end of the second Monday, she got out of the water and exclaimed how much she loved swimming. I was shocked! Something just clicked. Not only did she get over her fear of having her head in the water, she loved it. She was able to roll, float on her back, and kick within the second week. She spent the third week refining skills and feeling more comfortable under water. We are so incredibly proud of the progress she's made in such a short amount of time. And while we feel so much better about the skills she's picked up, nothing can beat the confidence and resilience she's built along the way. Thanks, Teacher Alex!

Because of the limited availability of other instructors, I had to switch him to whoever was available. At one point, my son--who I believe is at a Level 2--was paired with a child who was on their very first lesson. I feel children should be grouped with others at the same skill level, as this impacts both learning pace and overall progress. Each time we switched instructors, the new coach essentially had to start over to get familiar with my son, which felt like a waste of both time and money. At this point, he is still unable to swim. I've reached the point where I'm now looking elsewhere for a private instructor. If your goal is for your child to truly learn how to swim, that may be the better route. In my experience, these programs can feel more focused on keeping you enrolled rather than ensuring real progress. When it comes to a child's safety, consistency and instructor availability are critical--and that's where this program falls short.

She gives my son the space to be a little kid learning something hard, but also keeps challenging him to go further than he did in the last class. And my son can have his own days where he doesn't want to be there and follow instructions and Ms. Christina is in control enough to keep the instruction going even though tough days. Plus all the teachers there are so supportive. If a teacher doesn't have a student yet, they often cheer my son on when he's with Ms. Christina. Also, if ever Ms. Christina isn't available, we've developed some great relationships with other teachers like Ms. Mila, and so we never feel he has to start from scratch just because his main teacher isn't.

I saw all of the swim instructors take a "break" time in the pool while eating snacks IN the pool. How is that sanitary or professional in front of all the families? 2. There were puddles of water in the changing rooms (extreme slip hazard). Overall wouldn't recommend, which is disappointing.
