Their customer service is top-notch, extremely responsive, and they keep our saltwater pool crystal clear with zero algae. Our pool has never looked better than it does now. Their techs are punctual and spend at least 30 minutes at our pool every week. After each visit, they take photos of the pool, the cleaned basket, the pool pump to show all valves are in the proper position and working, and even the closed gate. They send an immediate email with all the photos, chemical levels, and details of what was added. Saltwater pools can be tricky to maintain, but ours has been absolutely perfect since Priority Pools took over. It's no surprise they have a 4.8/5-star rating--they truly earn every bit of it.
