They did artificial turf in our front yard and added a concrete step pathway to our front door. We were extremely happy with the way it turned out. They also did a waterfall feature in our backyard which did have a few issues, like the motor going out several times. However, every time we reached out to Roland, he followed through and sent his guys to resolve the issue. He stands behind his work, and even when the motor stopped working after a year, he sent one of his guys to buy us a new motor and get it installed without charging us for it. We were absolutely impressed with the way this company takes care of their clients and does not give up until the customer is 100% satisfied. Last month, we contacted Roland asking if he could do a small job for us; we wanted artificial turf installed on the small strip of dirt on the other side of our driveway, and even though the job was super small, Roland agreed to take the job. We had gotten another estimate from someone else and Roland's quote was far more reasonable. He sent his guys and they got the job done in two days. Overall, we are impressed with the quality of work, the very reasonable pricing, and integrity of standing behind their work. There is a hedge by the neighbors wall that needs trimming every few months and there are also some palm trees that need the dead leaves to be stripped once in a while. The service was decent at first but has gone downhill. The property is a rental so we are not there very often to check if these tasks are being done. When we went down last week we noticed a very overgrown hedge on one side while the adjacent wall was trimmed and there were lots of dead leaves left on the plants. We ended up cleaning up the dead leaves ourselves and I emailed Kevin and sent him pictures of the overgrown hedge. When the gardener Nicolas came the following Monday I asked if the hedge was trimmed. Kevin said no and said it's because it's by the pool equipment and it was too tight for him to go in and trim it. This is BS as the overgrown hedge was on the outside of the pool equipment area. Even if he had to go inside the pool equipment area there is a lot of space and not tight at all. Instead he asked for $295 to remove the hedge which is ridiculous. My neighbor also told me he has observed the gardeners don't do much. They just walk around with the blower blowing dust around instead of doing any real gardening. I don't think I am very demanding but if you don't do your job and ask for more money to do it then it's time to find a better service elsewhere.

They took total advantage because we're elderly and know nothing about plants. We just took out the $3000.00 worth of shit They sold us. 1) they sold us tropical even though I said they wouldn't work because our backyard gets too much direct sun and heat. They ALL died within a few months 2) I was told the drip system they installed could be adjusted for each plant to get more or less water. Not true 3) I explained the dirt they were planting in was old and depleted. I was told the dirt didn't matter. They did not treat the dirt or even fertilize what they planted. 4) the drip system they put in had a control that it has a 300 page online manual. Even their installer didn't know how to set it up and was unable to explain it to me. YET he told me it needed to be updated every 6 months when we changed the batteries. Of course we were not told about this requirement until instalation was completed. As I said earlier we are elderly! I asked for a simpler timer and they said there was no option. 5) they are NOT woman owned and operated. Yes, the scamming husband put the company in his wife's name for tax purposes but she CLEARLY knows nothing about plants or landscaping. When I had them come out to see the dead plants she never spoke. Her husband and Anthony did all the arguing and yelling and put all the blame on us. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in any service industry. All I asked for, and still feel we are entitled to, is a refund. The dead plants have been removed, the inadequate drip system has been removed, and we are starting over. I was duped by a morally bankrupt company. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on their web page! They have no place to leave a review on their web page and they aren't here so where did those reviews come from?? THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I wanted to choose the contractor based on: 1) fairness/transparency of the estimate, and 2) whether the owner will be onsite every day to check on the work and progress, and 3) how many jobs the owner takes on simultaneously. I ultimately decided to go with Froy + Landscape Plus because he not only provided the best estimate but he struck me as a really genuine, trustworthy person, and I loved his philosophy of taking on only one job at a time for the best quality outcome. Because the reno approval process with my HOA took such a long time, there was actually quite a bit of a time gap between the initial estimate and when I could begin the work, but Froy was incredibly patient with me and was still easily reachable whenever I had questions or updates. I did my entire backyard, including a full demolition of existing pavers, built-in barbeque/kitchen, gas fire pit, and huge retainer walls that wraps around the entire yard, and re-tiling the whole floor with a new fire pit. Froy and his crew actually finished earlier than the initial estimated timeline, which really pleasantly surprised me. Every day, Froy and crew always showed up on time, respected our property and cleaned up after themselves, and Froy gave me very frequent updates on how things were going, what was going to happen the next day, etc. I also did not run into any surprise additional cost of any kind (other than what I added on my end, and even those additions were very fairly priced.) Last but not least, even when the work was all completed and the entire invoice was paid for, Froy came back a few times at my request to help return leftover materials + add extra lights. Froy is very dedicated to each project he takes on, and will go that extra mile -- he will not leave you hanging until you are completely happy and satisfied with the outcome. I'm so happy with the way the yard turned out, but also extremely pleased with how smooth the entire proccess was.
