Nordic Pool and Spa has been servicing my pool for the last 5 years or so. I cannot recommend Jacob and his guys more. They let you know when they are on their way to your house and then send a report and photos of what they did while they were there and pictures to prove that they did what they said they did. Even when it's dumping rain they show up if it's the day they are supposed to service my pool. I never have to wonder if they came while I was gone or not because I get an email with photos and a report. Jacob does a great job of communicating and texting if I ever need anything. Before Jacob I tried to do my pool myself and I just ended up with algae and frustration. Owner Jacob came out and we agreed to let him change out the water of our spa (no sure if it needed it), at a cost of $200 (which we paid). Then the following week one of his service guys came out for the weekly service ($120/mo.), but unfortunately he didn't do a good job and left dirt specs on the bottom of the spa floor. I wrote Jacob to complain (texted and emailed), but he ignored my communications and now that's the end of our working relationship. I don't recommend using this company!!! read more

We have a difficult pool to clean as noted by the three prior companies doing horrible jobs. We really like Jacob. He knows pool chemistry quite well and has turned our pool around after a month-ish. Now the water is sparkling clean and the white calcium leaking through the stone is becoming less and less. Sadly, the other pool companies said we needed to call another company in to clean the calcium each time it started to build up. Jacob is not lazy like the other pool guys we've had because he actually scrubs it and keeps it at bay. He realizes the calcium is part of the job and does it.
