The owner, Deb, knows nearly all of her customers by name and makes me feel so welcomed every time I walk in the door. Deb offers a great selection of second hand clothes for women from juniors to plus size. The clothes and shoes are used, but you would never know as she only stocks the best. There is such a variety of clothing, you WILL find what you are looking for (and several things you didn't know you wanted). The selection changes constantly, but is never overwhelming. It is just the perfect amount of options to explore. Now, lets talk price. From the $2 rack (yes, you read that right TWO dollars- which is kept well stocked and rotated, AND provides donations to a local animal fostering organization), $5-$10 jewelry, to the $12 shoes, a person can build an entire outfit with less than $20. Now a few years into my professional career, I stopped in in March just to have a look and left with two dresses I wear all the time. I went back a week or two later . . . and a week after that . . . and a week after that . . . And now I pop in weekly just to say hi. XD But for fact, the thing that stood out to me even as a 22 year old who normally shops at TJ Maxx the first time I went is that Raquel and Sarah are so sweet and helpful, but HONEST. They will always tell you if something isn't as flattering as it could be, AND they will find you a better item that does suit your shape or coloring better. I was at a closet crossroads where I no longer wore my college clothes very often, and most of my work clothes were things I got in a rush on sale when I got my first post-college professional job. Since March, I have replaced almost all of my closet with pieces I love and feel super confident in and feel like suit my shape and style. I represented my company at a conference earlier this week, got compliments on everything from my necklace to my shoes, got home and realized I had bought every item except my purse (earrings, necklace, blouse, jeans, shoes) at Pip's. The big thing that stands out to me is that I, a 22 year old, can go in and find an entire outfit and be there at the same time as a 45 year old mom of 3 who finds a great outfit, along with a 70 year old who has been shopping there for years and still finds things she loves. They have pieces for every age and body type, and you know that whatever you get, almost no one else will have because they get such specialized stock in small amounts. The jackets and shoes I've gotten from Pip's especially are staples. I wear the jackets daily, and every shoe I've gotten from them (stiletto heels to block heel boots to pumps to sandals to sneakers) has been a good fit for my high arches and so comfortable. I wear them constantly. I really can't say enough good things about Sarah and Raquel as people, either. I am an introvert who hates shopping for the most part, and really hates clothes shopping, but being able to go have a 1:1 with Raquel especially, and have her pull things for me and give me her opinion on shape and color and all that, makes it so easy. I love stopping just to say hi to her now. Yes, Pip's is a boutique that specialized in higher quality items and luxury goods. You can find great deals on the sale rack for sure, but it is definitely the financial equivalent of shopping at Tommy Hilfiger before they closed downtown (RIP) or Nordstrom. However, the value I get buying a $100 item that does feel like a splurge in the moment but turns into a favorite in my closet I want to wear constantly to me seems like a much lower financial investment long term than the $30 item I might have gotten at a chain store but only worn on occasion because I don't love the fit and donated 6 months later. Even the fun items I buy feel like staples I will have for years to come and never get tired of. Including the pink carpenter pants I've worn everywhere from date night with heels to work to actually working on house projects. If you want a shopping experience that feels like it's truly tailored to you, to help you find things you love and will wear on repeat because you feel so confident in them, go to Pip's. Most fun "staples" you will ever buy. Sarah and Raquel take the time to truly build relationships with customers that are personal, not transactional. It was the first thing I noticed my first time shopping at Pip's, and I've just seen it more every day since.

I grabbed well-priced sports bras at the UA outlet, sweaters at the LOFT outlet (much better selection than the Henrietta outlet), had luck at the H&M, and also made stops into Nike, Levi, Banana, and more. I love that you can enjoy the great outdoors as you shop, though I wouldn't make big plans to dine anywhere here as the options are scarce. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.
