Never ever had a problem till today…read more We went like we always do at the wysox pa location, I had 7 tops to try on and I asked to try them on, the sales lady said just for me to go and wait at the dressing room door so I did and I waited for her for about 5 minutes then she comes and says that this gentleman needs to try 2 pair of shorts on I said well I was here first and it's just tops she let this man go ahead of me! I would never do that to anyone ! It's called wait your turn and I have waited patiently for the person infront of me because it wasn't my turn yet !! This was wrong of this sales lady to push me aside for someone else when I was waiting it was my turn ! So i put the tops back and walked out ! Won't be returning either and I won't be suggesting this place either !! And we are about 1 hour from this store !

Some of the selections weren't too eye appealing when I walked through, but that's everyone's taste though. Enough variety will keep us awake for sure. I only spotted one worker in the store, which caught me a little bit by surprise, despite the store being empty.

They do a great job with their buying- both quality and top brands are clearly a priority. I have sold a fair amount of my daughters clothing here and opt for store credit rather than cash- then I use the credit to buy whatever she's in need of- most recently dancewear and a rain jacket. Mama Goose carries new & used shoes, baby gear like strollers and cribs, seasonal clothing, gifts, maternity clothing as well as books and toys. I love this little shop and try to stop in every time I'm in Ithaca.

They have similar merchandise to The Cornell Store but at more reasonable prices. I actually find that their Cornell apparel is more stylish than the ones offered at The Cornell Store. Although it is a pretty small place, it is more convenient (if you live in Collegetown, it is right next to Collegetown Bagels) and also has longer hours than going to The Cornell Store. It is often run by a father and his young son and an additional employee, but they're nice and helpful. Whether you're looking to strut your Cornell pride or get the ever popular "Ithaca is Gorges" (and its variations like "Ithaca is Gangsta" or "Hotelies are Gorges" etc.) in every color of the rainbow, this is your answer. They have a number of Cornell branded souvenirs and office supplies. Although it is a small establishment, they have a wide selection. They also buy back books at the end of the semester and offer cash in case Kraftees or The Cornell Store do not give you good prices. You're already giving an arm, leg, and your firstborn child to pay for your Cornell tuition. Use your ivy league education, and save some money at Bear Necessities. It is a more affordable option to get your Cornell attire, and no one will be able to tell that you didn't pay a fortune to get that Cornell hoodie.
