Our dog loves his walks with Wendy twice a week and if we are travelling without him, we don't have to worry about him! Three visits a day and regular photo updates give us such peace of mind. We joke that he's on a vacation too! Being able to book, pick schedules and pay online is so easy! Suzanne has been so patient and loving with my Keeshond and he has come to adore her and knows when she is coming and becomes very excited to see her. She left two unattended in the park while she walked 7 back to her car. The two dogs were an older, female Jack Russell mix with a pink harness, and a tall, black/brown hound mix (Coonhound?). The bigger dog pooped but hey - no one was around to see it or pick it up because his dog walker LEFT. I left the park because I am not comfortable being there with two unknown dogs (the JRT was pretty snarky) and I went next door to the adjoined park. She came back a few minutes later (she parked down the street) and I told her that I was appalled that she would leave two clients' dogs unattended in a park. She started yelling at me about how she will never come back to this park because it's too far from the road and not set up well. I told her that she should never leave dogs unattended in a park and she yelled again, telling me "what am I supposed to do? I can't walk all these dogs to the car together - they could get loose and hit by a car!" I'm stunned. She would rather leave your dogs unattended in a park with perfect strangers, not even knowing if the other dogs are safe/friendly. She can't handle 9 dogs because NO ONE CAN. It's not ethical. If I were a paying client, this person would be out of a job yesterday. If clients are reading this review, please cancel your service with her - she is not a safe person with whom to leave your pets. You have no idea what goes on with your dog when she has them in her "care".

I have boarded them there when we go away on vacation, also took them to daycare for a few days while we were doing renovations to our house and it was too stressful for them to be at home with the construction noise. I also appreciate how they quickly answer emails when I check in to see how they're doing while I'm on vacation. My vet highly recommended Escarpment to me and I am grateful that he did. it's also comforting to know that should anything happen while we're away they know my vet and will take my dogs there for any treatment needed.
