If you are worried about a 16yo dog maybe being too much you should reconsider being a groomer and at least make sure to put a muzzle on every dog. I am very disappointed in the grooming service here. My poor baby is traumatized from the experience. They did me so wrong it's not even funny. The groomer was obviously aggressive with dog and not patience at all is why she couldn't finish. I've heard horror stories about this place but always defended them.
