Jan and Brittany have stayed at our home multiple times while we are away (sometimes two weeks at a time). They go above and beyond - once Jan even took our poodle to the vet because he had an ear infection while we were away. After reading several ads on Craigslist and Yelp, I decided to call In Good Hands. I left a voicemail, and within 10 minutes Patty phoned me back to arrange a "Meet and Greet" for the following day. From the moment we opened the door, we all fell in love with Patty (meaning, Holly, Lucy and I). Not only is she kind, fun, and bubbly but this woman truly, honestly and sincerely is NUTS about dogs. Both Lucy AND Holly, normally very reserved with strangers, took to her immediately! She is more dependable than the postal service, will do anything to accommodate you (several times upon learning I had to work late she has had absolutely no problem making an unexpected visit), and leaves little treats behind sometimes. My dogs definitely get a good workout as well - in the evenings they aren't tearing through the house - they are relaxed and happy.

They all love seeing Silas, and he takes impeccable care of all of my pets. He checks on them during the day, takes them to vet appointments, and even house sits for me when I'm out of town.
