I…read moreimmediately rsvp'd for the opening and took my 2 dogs (one of which is diabetic and blind) to the grand opening event. I received a full tour of the facilities (including the spa) and all my questions were answered. What was most impressive to me is that when I informed them that my fur baby is diabetic and received insulin injections 2x daily, they didn't tell me they couldn't accommodate him. Several of the staff members are trained in administering insulin so I was immediately put at ease. The level of service and attention to detail received at Noble Dog Hotel far supersedes my expectations. The staff really does treat your pet as their own! My diabetic dog got sick while there and the staff offered to take him to the vet and checked on him all the while he was there. My other dog is a staffordshire pup with a TON of energy. They are very patient with him and I never feel uncomfortable with how he's handled. I highly recommend Noble Dog Hotel. It's a definite gem in Greenville!!

I appreciate that the groomers understand the GSD coats and have never attempted to cut their fur (that would be a mess). I always add the nail grind to their bath appointments and they've come home without any issue (due to their size, we've had groomers in the past be rough and hurt their legs). We also enjoy the option to drop them off for a half or full day of daycare--they are usually totally worn out after a 6 hour half day. I don't worry about them when they are at Noble Dog, but I do enjoy checking in on the cameras. I appreciate their updates when we pick them up at the end of the day, it is funny how social they can be when we are away!

My two dogs get soOoOo excited to come for daycare and boarding that they have full body waggles at the front door. They leave tired and so happy; it's like they didn't even notice I was gone!!! It's clear to me they tailor their approach to keep play safe and pups happy. I have an skiddish Aussie who will easily tell when she has a bad experience; she'll get clingy/whiny after boarding at bad kennels. The staff at Palmetto must give her extra love because they're in her inner circle and she adores them! They also make boarding and daycare easy! No scheduling necessary! Just text Tonya and she responds quickly to whatever you need. They're very affordable and don't charge fees for odd timed pick up and drop off windows or daily treats. I asked the person who freed Skeeter this morning to please have the owner of the business call me. She said he'd be in by 10:00. It's now two hours after that and I haven't heard from him. The staff is incredibly warm and inviting - we got lost on the way there and they actually drove out to find us and help us get there. They also were willing to stay a few minutes late for us when our plane was late getting back to Greenville. Our dog was incredibly well cared for and we got updates throughout on how he was doing. The facility is beautiful and large and each kennel has an indoor and outdoor space for your furry family member. Admittedly it is a pricier kennel, but honestly for the level of service that they provide it is definitely worth it. We will be visiting again for every flight that we take from Greenville in the future!

I strongly caution others regarding my experience with the veterinarian, Tonisia Browne. During my appointment, she repeatedly pressured me to give my dog a rabies vaccine, even after I explained multiple times that he was not due for the vaccination until August 25. When I declined the rabies vaccine at that time, she then attempted to withhold antibiotics that had been prescribed for my dog's skin issue. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I had already submitted all of the vaccination records I had available and was waiting for the remaining 2025 records. I am fully aware of the laws and requirements regarding rabies vaccinations, and all of my pets are up to date on their vaccinations. The office manager who was present at the time stepped in, helped de-escalate the situation, and agreed to waive the $75 visit fee for that appointment. She also ensured that I received the necessary prescription for my dog. The following day, I spoke with the primary office manager. Unfortunately, she refused to formally address my concerns, declined my request for a written apology from the veterinarian and technician involved, and refused to file a formal complaint regarding the incident. Instead, I was essentially dismissed from the practice. I explained that I had no issues with the other veterinarians or technicians I had previously worked with at this office. However, I was told that because this veterinarian worked there, it would be impossible for me to avoid seeing her in the future. I found that response to be unacceptable and further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for my experience as a client. Due to the way this situation was handled, I have also reported the veterinarian to the appropriate licensing board. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously, as clients should be able to trust that their concerns will be handled respectfully and professionally, especially when it involves the care of their pets.

I'm so grateful they've been so accommodating to my kitties injuries and illness.
