She made him look so damn cute! He looks like a different pup. I'm so glad she took such good care of our little guy. We will for sure be back.

    One happy and calm pup

I can not being to describe how much this place has changed the way my dog gets groomed. My English springer Spanish was kicked out of various other places to get his hair cut because he was aggressive. I just moved up here and was hesitant that they would even be able to cut his hair. I brought his dogs sedation meds and warned them to mussel him. The groomer said she will work at his pace and if she needs those items then she will use it as a last resort. When I came to pick him up nervous that he caused issues and wouldn't be groomed, he was in fact shaved completely (0 all over as per my request) and looked amazing. The front desk lady advised me that she had to show me something on her phone, it was a video of my prior aggressive dog getting groomed without any issues or mussel. THEY HAVE A CLIENT FOR LIFE! If you want a place that even the dog can tell their true nature then this is your place.

Great place for do-it-yourself dog wash. Had everything we needed to give our very large fur baby a top notch bath!

I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. Everyone we came into contact with along the way was very kind, from answering my millions of questions over the phone to when we arrived to pick up our baby. Our little dog had many puncture wounds on his back and was probably traumatized when he came in, but the staff treated him with kindness and compassion! I could tell as they talked about him that they knew exactly who he was, had interacted with him and truly cared. This veterinary office does a lot of work for rescues, and for that they have my utmost respect. I can't imagine seeing the things that they see every day and still remaining so pleasant and kind! The facilities are very clean, bright, and seem very well maintained. It felt "good" in there. Our bill was modest to say the least. We were really expecting to pay 3-4 times the amount we were charged for boarding and treatment of our dog. Thank you for taking such good care of our little Rally (FKA "Fluffy") until we were able to get him. We can't thank you enough :)

I would like to start by saying that my first visit with this practice went very well…read more Unfortunately, my second recheck appointment was a completely different experience. I strongly caution others regarding my experience with the veterinarian, Tonisia Browne. During my appointment, she repeatedly pressured me to give my dog a rabies vaccine, even after I explained multiple times that he was not due for the vaccination until August 25. When I declined the rabies vaccine at that time, she then attempted to withhold antibiotics that had been prescribed for my dog's skin issue. I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I had already submitted all of the vaccination records I had available and was waiting for the remaining 2025 records. I am fully aware of the laws and requirements regarding rabies vaccinations, and all of my pets are up to date on their vaccinations. The office manager who was present at the time stepped in, helped de-escalate the situation, and agreed to waive the $75 visit fee for that appointment. She also ensured that I received the necessary prescription for my dog. The following day, I spoke with the primary office manager. Unfortunately, she refused to formally address my concerns, declined my request for a written apology from the veterinarian and technician involved, and refused to file a formal complaint regarding the incident. Instead, I was essentially dismissed from the practice. I explained that I had no issues with the other veterinarians or technicians I had previously worked with at this office. However, I was told that because this veterinarian worked there, it would be impossible for me to avoid seeing her in the future. I found that response to be unacceptable and further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and concern for my experience as a client. Due to the way this situation was handled, I have also reported the veterinarian to the appropriate licensing board. I hope this matter is reviewed seriously, as clients should be able to trust that their concerns will be handled respectfully and professionally, especially when it involves the care of their pets.

After a very bad day at a different dog bar with our dog being attacked and targeted by other dogs we came here to let our dog get some energy out. Staff is so personable and happy to help out. Dogs are nice and our dog loved playing with everyone. The staff even stay outside with the dogs to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Highly highly recommend this place to everyone!

Unleashed is the only bar of its kind in the area, and it does a good job with what it has! There is a small inside seating area with access to the bar as well as a larger outdoor area for pups to play. You order your beer/wine/spritzer (no liquor here) through a little window from outside. They usually have a rotating draft list of 10 or so beers and a few standard and domestic beers in cans. Unleashed has TVs outside and will usually be playing sports. They also have Trivia and Bingo nights during the week. But really, when there are dogs running around and playing, who needs any other entertainment? The owners and employees are great people with big hearts for man's best friend. They are attentive, making sure water bowls are refilled and often pick up the poop that owners may have missed. Most of the people who visit Unleashed are regulars and are very responsible about their dogs. You can also come if you don't have a dog! So everyone should go. You have no excuse. Unless you're not a dog person, and if that's the case, are you really a person at all?
