Honestly the worst front office staff I have ever dealt with in regards to any sort of business…read more Front office staff has lied to me multiple times. The front desk receptionist told me something was required by law, however when I pressed her about the lie, she then resorted to telling me it was their policy not a law. Front office staff also tried to convince me to get my dog, who was a puppy at the time, to get his baby teeth cleaned when he had no permanent teeth in. Along with that, I was one time billed for a visit without a dog ever going to the vet. Additionally, my dog has double dew claws due to their breed, and one time he had been biting it so it was irritated, and the vets suggestion was to look at getting the dew claw amputated. I sprayed a topical ointment on it not from the vet and it went away within a week and has never returned. 90% of my issues are with the front office staff which is TERRIBLE. I would recommend this vet to anyone that enjoys getting frustrated with every interaction.

After a very bad day at a different dog bar with our dog being attacked and targeted by other dogs we came here to let our dog get some energy out. Staff is so personable and happy to help out. They also have Trivia and Bingo nights during the week. But really, when there are dogs running around and playing, who needs any other entertainment? The owners and employees are great people with big hearts for man's best friend. They are attentive, making sure water bowls are refilled and often pick up the poop that owners may have missed. Most of the people who visit Unleashed are regulars and are very responsible about their dogs. You can also come if you don't have a dog! So everyone should go. You have no excuse. Wanted to love dog culture and have a place to take my girls so they could play and socialize. I dropped them off for a behavioral assessment the first time and my pit mix failed, as she has an aggressive play style. We have been working for months to teach her to play better with all dogs and have socialized her a lot more since then. I brought both of them back for another assessment, explained to them they need a little time to acclimate to the new area and new dogs. Within NINE MINUTES, they called me to come pick her up and said she failed again. There was absolutely no effort on their part to try to give her a chance and acclimate and no knowledge of how dogs interact. If they had given her at least 30 minutes even, I would have been ok with the outcome but 9 minutes isn't enough to tell anything about a dog or their behavior in a new environment. It seemed as though they had a problem with her being a pitbull and saw her as a threat. I also watched the live cam at their Greenville location and they are completely overcrowded with way too many dogs in each bay. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
