I don't know what kind of magic they perform in their mobile unit but my girl came out looking so clean and soft and fluffy. She was perfectly trimmed. Dustin was great. He took care of my two cats while I was in NY training with my new service dog. He set up a motion activated camera so I would get videos all day as well as look check in live. I was also able to talk to the cats when j wanted to through the camera and the app. I received a report every day from Dustin as well as great pictures of the cats. I had a number of packages come while I was gone and Dustin arranged them all in the dining room. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dustin and Connected Pets to anyone who wants updates and piece of mind. Connected Pets is the BEST! We moved here recently and needed care for our animals right away. Dustin responded instantly to our request to meet him. He was professional and thorough during our meeting. I really like that he is trained in animal first aid - we have had many scary situations (not in his care - just in our lives) and it brings me peace of mind knowing he would know what to do if an emergency arose. He sends cute pictures of the dogs and fills out a report card every time he is here with them so we know how the pups were acting. He tries new training ideas if you want him to and really plays with the dogs - he doesn't just let them out and make them amuse themselves. He has never cancelled an appointment and always responds quickly. Whenever I get home after Dustin has visited with the pups they are relaxed, calm, and tired from their adventure with him. I can't say enough good things about connected pets. My husband and I just moved to the Greenville area and were nervous about finding a new Petsitter to trust our pet family with. But Dustin completely exceeded our expectations. We have a cat with some complex health needs and he was able to work with us. The team stayed in communication and I never was nervous that they would show up or leave our cat and dog too long without care. Dustin set up a camera so we could watch our pets while we were gone and I can't tell you how comforting that was just to be able to see them. He left no detail out (set up a key box so we didn't have to worry about exchanging and keeping up with keys). Connected Pets was a great experience for us while we were away, as well as for our two dogs and cat. Dustin did a great job before our trip getting to know our pets, explaining the tech he would use during his visits, and left us knowing our pets (and home) were in good hands while we were gone. The camera was great, we got to check in from time-to-time to see all that our pets were (or weren't) doing. Additionally, Dustin sent us a thorough report after each visit - pictures of our pets having a great time playing and getting a lot of personal attention. Dustin went above and beyond by doing security sweeps of the house to ensure windows were locked, blinds were closed, and mail was brought in. We will definitely be booking Connected Pets for our future trips. Our pets get to stay in the house, they get far more individual attention and playtime than in a kennel, and we get the added bonus of knowing our home is being watched. My dog Mowgli is crazy about Dustin from Connected Pets and so am I. Mowgli has just finished a week of 30 minute lessons and is rapidly becoming a civilized canine citizen. Among other things, Dustin has worked with Mowgli on basic commands, behavior issues, and cat respect, i.e. not chasing. Dustin made each session fun for Mowgli and entertaining for me. We will have a follow-up session in a week or so to see how well I have been able to support Mowgli's progress. I highly recommend Dustin and Connected Pets. read more

Connected pets did a excellent job with caring for my 4 dogs and three cats for my 3 day stay away from my house. What I really enjoyed about connected pets is the "connection" with the go pro camera. The go pro camera allowed me to log into my house and watch my sweet babies all day. So, when I missed them I could log in and watch them (I must have logged in at least 20 times a day) it also gave me a alert on my phone when the sitter arrived or there was some kind of activity going on, on the camera. Another perk with connected pets is the report cards you get on your pets, the report cards tell you how your pets moods were, bathroom habits and how well they ate for the visit. Dustin ( our care taker for my pets) also has a background in Law Enforcement so another perk that you will find and not others is he makes sure to secure your house by making sure windows are locked and the house looks like it is not just empty. My mail was brought in daily and so was my trash. I highly recommended this pet sitting company!!! read more
