The staff is excellent and the daycare is well priced for the amount of interactions and oversight the staff gives the pups. I am able to watch my dog from their cameras at work and she has a blast. Best part is she is so excited when we show up and exhausted when I pick her up. Going to start doing boarding with them next week because I feel I can truly trust this place.

K9 corner is the only place he had felt comfy and relaxed away from home. He loved the people (not his forte in public due to his abuse), loved the other dogs and just was so excited when we pulled into the parking lot. To add, Marble was 145 lb Great Dane. So this was no small task. Another plus, large runs for large breed dogs. Sadly, I recently lost Marble to old age. In addition to marble they have taken care of several of my foster Danes. These folks have been wonderful, know what they are doing, accommodate special needs and requests. Thank you K9 Corner.

They treated him with the utmost care during his surgery. There was more extensive care required and the vet and team went above and beyond adjusting his care and cost of surgery. They absorbed some cost due to a simple miscommunication which in today's economy few hospitals would even consider doing. My grandson is going to start taking his 2 dogs here now. Wanted to love dog culture and have a place to take my girls so they could play and socialize. I dropped them off for a behavioral assessment the first time and my pit mix failed, as she has an aggressive play style. We have been working for months to teach her to play better with all dogs and have socialized her a lot more since then. I brought both of them back for another assessment, explained to them they need a little time to acclimate to the new area and new dogs. Within NINE MINUTES, they called me to come pick her up and said she failed again. There was absolutely no effort on their part to try to give her a chance and acclimate and no knowledge of how dogs interact. If they had given her at least 30 minutes even, I would have been ok with the outcome but 9 minutes isn't enough to tell anything about a dog or their behavior in a new environment. It seemed as though they had a problem with her being a pitbull and saw her as a threat. I also watched the live cam at their Greenville location and they are completely overcrowded with way too many dogs in each bay. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Today, he said my cat did not need a dental cleaning, although I am sure other veterinarians would have recommended it. He didn't even recommend flea protection for my indoor cat, although other veterinarians would have. He always loves on my animals and seems to know just where to hit all of their favorite spots as they shed all over him. I appreciate Dr. Dustin, Allison, and the very happy atmosphere there. Everyone really seems to enjoy working there together. Fountain Inn is so fortunate to have your practice in our town.

Hillcrest AH needs to go back to being a privately-owned practice where pet care is…read morepatient-focused; back to the days where they excelled at customer service and where they invested in the greater pet community. Fees continue to escalate while care is increasingly turfed to more and more "specialists", further making pet care just about unaffordable. Several of the staff talk behind clients' backs, and Dr. Gilstrap doesn't hesitate to verbally berate clients if she feels they're asking too many questions or she doesn't like their honest feedback. When Dr. Meyer owned this practice, she was very supportive of clients using nutraceuticals, along with many alternative therapies and modalities for care. That is no longer the case under current ownership. Nothing outside of the strict boundaries in standard of care is open to or welcome for discussion at Hillcrest AH. You may even receive an angry phone call from Dr. Gilstrap if she finds out you've said anything regarding such limitations. Over the course of our 10+ yrs taking our pets to Hillcrest AH, we were also disappointed on multiple occasions with their lack of knowledge regarding eye issues, in both cats and dogs. They also missed a few other things over the years, which I had originally been willing to forgive, until there became a series of other issues that eventually forced me to leave this once-great practice. I missed Dr. Bailey tremendously, but am happy to report that Dr. Bailey can now be found at Lyman AH.

While there I told the vet I didn't want to talk about my bill just yet as I was crying and upset. She said that was ok. Less than 24 hours after my dog was put down, there was a young person there that called me to demand payment. I was and am still grieving the loss of my precious dog. I had no issue with the medical staff. I just thought that someone in authority should have called me maybe a day or two later. Couldn't understand why that person, teenager or maybe early twenties, would be calling me. Anyway I decided I wouldn't go back for vet services. In the meantime, I got a letter kicking me out of their office, because of the way I acted on the phone and in the office.

Once we arrived they were wonderful with my dogs who had been in the car for a while. Even though they were busy, remembered me and what I had told them about my dogs. They were overly helpful when we needed to extend our stay and then opened early on a Sunday just so we could get on the road home earlier. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, looked great and the staff was patient. Even giving me an itemized bill for insurance. I wish they were closer and I would love to give them more business. What a kind, caring and efficient staff! Thank you for making our experience seamless.

Completely disorganized…read more They failed to follow my explicit request not to use a slip lead wrapped around my small dogs neck. They lost our dog beds. How does that happen when they should be in the crate with them? We paid extra for additional play and walks but how am I supposed to believe they did them when they are so sloppy? Post-it's everywhere. Incomplete check in notes. This place is in desperate need of management.
