When we came home, everything was clean and the animals were well adjusted. We were traveling for the longest time away and were very concerned about our cats (they are our children). If you're looking for someone truly outstanding, Arch Pet Services is the place to use. Thank you, Cindy.

She was super nice and set up a meeting so that she and our walker, Ashley, could meet our dog. Although we only used her service twice, she treated us as if we were full time clients. My husband and I were impressed with her professionalism and her obvious love of animals. Her fee was also very reasonable. We would recommend her service to anyone, and Ashley was awesome as well!

Jan and Brittany have stayed at our home multiple times while we are away (sometimes two weeks at a time). There are no words to express the peace of mind we have when we know they are taking care of our babies. They go above and beyond - once Jan even took our poodle to the vet because he had an ear infection while we were away. I cannot recommend these ladies enough - they are very professional with reasonable prices.

On Monday I called…read moremy regular vet who stated they could not see him until later in the week, as did several other places I called. After I finally stopped to read Yelp reviews before I made anymore calls (duh!), this clinic had the most recent and positive reviews. When I called, I was told I could bring the kitty in that morning. We were met by Dr. Paulk, a recent graduate and new Dr. in the practice. He diagnosed kitty with a respiratory infection and conjunctivitis, and we received two prescriptions (which made kitty so much better). Then, a couple of days later I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand written thank you note from Dr. Paulk. Honestly, I was already sold on this clinic just because of their kindness and efficiency, so the thank you note was the cherry on top!

Hillcrest AH needs to go back to being a privately-owned practice where pet care is…read morepatient-focused; back to the days where they excelled at customer service and where they invested in the greater pet community. Fees continue to escalate while care is increasingly turfed to more and more "specialists", further making pet care just about unaffordable. Several of the staff talk behind clients' backs, and Dr. Gilstrap doesn't hesitate to verbally berate clients if she feels they're asking too many questions or she doesn't like their honest feedback. When Dr. Meyer owned this practice, she was very supportive of clients using nutraceuticals, along with many alternative therapies and modalities for care. That is no longer the case under current ownership. Nothing outside of the strict boundaries in standard of care is open to or welcome for discussion at Hillcrest AH. You may even receive an angry phone call from Dr. Gilstrap if she finds out you've said anything regarding such limitations. Over the course of our 10+ yrs taking our pets to Hillcrest AH, we were also disappointed on multiple occasions with their lack of knowledge regarding eye issues, in both cats and dogs. They also missed a few other things over the years, which I had originally been willing to forgive, until there became a series of other issues that eventually forced me to leave this once-great practice. I missed Dr. Bailey tremendously, but am happy to report that Dr. Bailey can now be found at Lyman AH.

While there I told the vet I didn't want to talk about my bill just yet as I was crying and upset. She said that was ok. Less than 24 hours after my dog was put down, there was a young person there that called me to demand payment. I was and am still grieving the loss of my precious dog. I had no issue with the medical staff. I just thought that someone in authority should have called me maybe a day or two later. Couldn't understand why that person, teenager or maybe early twenties, would be calling me. Anyway I decided I wouldn't go back for vet services. In the meantime, I got a letter kicking me out of their office, because of the way I acted on the phone and in the office.
