I was looking for someone to pick up my dog waste. Turdy Jobs was the least expensive. I called for…read moremy 2 dogs and at that time was told that it was actually $5 more per month than stated online so that was irritating but I continued. The 1st time they were supposed to arrive, was Thursday. They didn't come. I emailed Adam and he said they changed the date to friday(without telling me). Next day came, they didn't come. I emailed Adam again and he said that they had encountered some "hiccups"and they would come Monday morning. I got home from work at 5pm and they still hadn't come yet. I emailed,called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. A person showed up around 7:30pm. Over the next 3 months, someone came consistently but many times there were places missed. In the end of october,my yard was missed again and when I emailed Adam he said that their truck was stolen so I canceled at that time and went with a different company that was more expensive but reliable. I emailed Adam to cancel and he confirmed that it was canceled and I would not be charged. Well, I got charged for November. I emailed Adam and he said that if I filed a dispute with my credit card company, he would accept it and refund my money. My credit card company gave me my money back temporarily while they investigated which I didn't think would be necessary since Adam confirmed that I was canceled and I would get my money back. This was October 25th. Today(December 13th) I got a notice from my credit card company that they were rebilling me because Adam submitted 10 pages of previous charges stating that I had a subscription and didn't dispute those charges so in turn I must be falsely disputing the November charge. I have over 30 emails with Turdy Jobs confirming that I am canceled, will not be charged,confirming that I should and will receive a refund. I was going to just work with Adam directly without making a review but the fact that he said that he will accept the disputed amount but still submitted 10 pages trying to prove that my dispute was false is really shifty. Seems very sneaky and deceitful.

He has been out a few times to help with dog poop clean up and is absolutely amazing! He is so great to work with and my pups love him as well. We were greeted right away by a friendly staff, and the owner, Tom, was there to answer all my questions. Tom gave me great advice on how get my picky eater to eat! It works when I use it but so hard to say no to Roy when he wants something tasty like shredded cheese sprinkled on his food, or freshly baked chicken right out of the oven. He has become spoiled. Each time I've dropped my dog off it's taken about 1.5 hours until I get the call to come pick her up, so I think they start on each dog right away but I'm not 100% sure. We always book one of the first appointments of the day, so that might factor into it, too. She always comes home smelling so fresh and clean and looking prim and proper. They also always put a cute little bandana on her. The staff seem so friendly and caring, and I trust them with my pup. They offer your typical grooming services (bath, hair, nails, anal glands, etc,) but also offer more unique services like hair dye and styling. Can't recommend this small business enough!

The grooming team at Angel's Pet World worked on my pup for more than three hours and he looks fabulous! When I picked him up, my little guy was happy and seemed to really like his new friends at Angels Pet World. They charged me a very reasonable price, especially when considering the effort involved. Yes, I will be bringing him back again in the future, and yes, I would recommend them to others!

Don't come here for the big brand, cheap, large quantity foods though. I didn't find any bulk Purina dog foods or any cases of Friskies cat foods. So I guess you need to get those at Walmart, Target, or your local grocery store. They seem to have a little of everything...live rodents, Beta's, a few lizards, live insect feeders, fresh foods, and dog grooming - full service & self-service. The only things they don't have are live fish (except the Betas) and aquatics. The other big area I like about Angel's is cat adoption. There's a huge cat adoption area right up front. They're very serious about it. They also have a big display (in the entryway) of dogs that are up for adoption through local agencies. This is the kind of good-hearted thing that separates Angel's from the big box corporation pet stores. I had a chance to talk with Angel herself.
