    I was looking for someone to pick up my dog waste. Turdy Jobs was the least expensive. I called for…read moremy 2 dogs and at that time was told that it was actually $5 more per month than stated online so that was irritating but I continued. The 1st time they were supposed to arrive, was Thursday. They didn't come. I emailed Adam and he said they changed the date to friday(without telling me). Next day came, they didn't come. I emailed Adam again and he said that they had encountered some "hiccups"and they would come Monday morning. I got home from work at 5pm and they still hadn't come yet. I emailed,called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. A person showed up around 7:30pm. Over the next 3 months, someone came consistently but many times there were places missed. In the end of october,my yard was missed again and when I emailed Adam he said that their truck was stolen so I canceled at that time and went with a different company that was more expensive but reliable. I emailed Adam to cancel and he confirmed that it was canceled and I would not be charged. Well, I got charged for November. I emailed Adam and he said that if I filed a dispute with my credit card company, he would accept it and refund my money. My credit card company gave me my money back temporarily while they investigated which I didn't think would be necessary since Adam confirmed that I was canceled and I would get my money back. This was October 25th. Today(December 13th) I got a notice from my credit card company that they were rebilling me because Adam submitted 10 pages of previous charges stating that I had a subscription and didn't dispute those charges so in turn I must be falsely disputing the November charge. I have over 30 emails with Turdy Jobs confirming that I am canceled, will not be charged,confirming that I should and will receive a refund. I was going to just work with Adam directly without making a review but the fact that he said that he will accept the disputed amount but still submitted 10 pages trying to prove that my dispute was false is really shifty. Seems very sneaky and deceitful.

    This company was not great for me so I can't recommend. I had just started service and had for two…read moremonths only. My credit card was old so I ordered a new one from my bank. This company bills the card once per month in advance. The lady from the office called me to inform me that I had to update my card number and that she would send me my password. She never sent me my password so when I tried to add new info I couldn't access my account. I sent her an email and instead of her being anywhere close to helpful she just says my account was deactivated and I would now have to pay an extra 35 dollar activation fee to set up service again because the deadline had passed. She never informed me over the phone of any of this when I spoke with her less than a week earlier. The email was very cold and unfriendly. I responded back to explain how disappointed I was abut her not explaining that I had a hard deadline and then another guy instead of her responded who I believe may be the owner and he had absolutely no customer service skills. He just sent me auto replies and said that they had sent me emails about it I don't always read every email everyday and I explained that to him. I wanted to resolve this and asked if he could waive the fee as a one time courtesy since I was not informed over the phone that this could happen. He refused to waive it or to accept any responsibility for his worker not informing me about this when we spoke I never got an apology or anything! Horrible experience for such a dumb thing. Sad they they don't understand what it takes to provide a quality experience for a customer. Buyer beware because if you have any kind of issue they may treat you poorly.
