This company was not great for me so I can't recommend. I had just started service and had for two months only. My credit card was old so I ordered a new one from my bank. This company bills the card once per month in advance. The lady from the office called me to inform me that I had to update my card number and that she would send me my password. She never sent me my password so when I tried to add new info I couldn't access my account. I sent her an email and instead of her being anywhere close to helpful she just says my account was deactivated and I would now have to pay an extra 35 dollar activation fee to set up service again because the deadline had passed. She never informed me over the phone of any of this when I spoke with her less than a week earlier. The email was very cold and unfriendly. I responded back to explain how disappointed I was abut her not explaining that I had a hard deadline and then another guy instead of her responded who I believe may be the owner and he had absolutely no customer service skills. He just sent me auto replies and said that they had sent me emails about it I don't always read every email everyday and I explained that to him. I wanted to resolve this and asked if he could waive the fee as a one time courtesy since I was not informed over the phone that this could happen. He refused to waive it or to accept any responsibility for his worker not informing me about this when we spoke I never got an apology or anything! Horrible experience for such a dumb thing. Sad they they don't understand what it takes to provide a quality experience for a customer. Buyer beware because if you have any kind of issue they may treat you poorly. read more

***** Edit - in retaliation for posting this review - they are now charging me for the Spring Cleaning Fee ($189) that took 2 TIMES to get right - because again Google can't find my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are petty and refuse to take responsibility for their failures!!!! I will be fighting this. Actual quote from the email Neil sent. "I see that you placed a negative review. We could have ended things amicably but now that you have taken that action we will have to charge you the spring cleanup fee, as you only completed 4 of the 6 months of service, as the minimum commitment." Second Email Quote: "We've already charged you the spring cleanup fee. I told you that in my first email this morning. You can dispute it, but we will win that dispute as we worked entirely within our Terms of Service, which you agreed to. We could refund that if you took your review down." I have been a customer for nearly 2 seasons now. This year, they have claimed to clean up my yard on 3 different occasions where they did not clean up my yard. (and others that did not show up after not showing up - they had to refund me for one month (actually they technically only refunded 1/2 a month, but whose counting) because it was not worth sending someone at that point) Yesterday, I was literally at home cooking, looking at my yard when they said they cleaned it. I emailed immediately to say no one had cleaned my yard. The tech came back 10 minutes later angry at me that I 'Called her Boss to say she did not clean my yard". She cleaned the yard 1 or 2 houses down, said I needed to figure it out with her boss and get the right address. I said this is the 3rd time it has happened and her response was 'Yeah, I've never been here before.' Well, that's obvious since you did not clean my yard. I then emailed back to say, I am done, please cancel my service, that having the tech be rude about not going to the right house - AGAIN Customer for 2 seasons, same house, it's been here since the 60's - their response was to say that Google doesn't know where my house is. I live in the middle of NE Minneapolis. What? So in the end my service is cancelled, and no accountability from the company because 'Google can't find my house'. (Funny how Amazon, Door Dash, Uber, Comcast, Xcel Energy, Centerpoint Energy, Garbage, not to mention friends and family seem to find me just fine). NOPE, a year ago I would have said they did their job, This year, they might show up, if they can find your house, and if not, then it's not their fault they can't find your house. Oh and just to be clear - since they like to respond about it not being their fault. I am fully paid up (they had to refund me when they did not show up) I have NEVER used any foul language, nor has my dog ever been aggressive. But google can't find me - so there's that. read more

I have two busy Frenchies that fill up the backyard quickly. Listen, it's poop pickup people. That service is amazing! As for the billing aspect, you book online by choosing your pickup frequency, it stores your CC and bills monthly. It really can't be easier. I receive text messages 5 minutes before my service tech shows up, he knows exactly where to look for their waste and thoroughly gets it all. I'm so appreciative for their service and it's a job well done. Thank you. read more

I have used the Pet Waste Professionals for almost a year now and I had questions about the winter months in MN. I was told that I will need to continue to pay my monthly fee through the winter months even thought they would not be servicing my yard on a regular basis due to the weather but they would come out as weather permitted. I paid them $86+ a month for November, December, January and March but did not have 1 single person from this company come to my house and I could clearly see dog poop on top of the snow. I contacted them today with a question about my spring clean up and making a change to my service. I received an email back and was told that they had discontinued my service due to non payment in Feb. This was the first I was hearing about it and he said that he sent 3 emails and called 3 times, I have been out of work on medical leave since mid December so I have not checked my emails regularly but I definitely did not receive a single voicemail from anyone regarding this issue. I looked through my bank account and did not see anywhere that they had tried to charge me in Feb. but I did see a charge for March. I had asked him why he charged me for March if he did not plan on following through with his service and he gave me no response....he only stated again that he sent out 3 emails and made 3 phone calls. I have been paying this company $86 every month in good faith that they will resume service as the weather permitted and now I was told that they cancelled my contract and I was out all of that money. **He contacted me today to say that his attorney would sue me for libel if I did not remove my review. He stated that they came out 7 times between Nov. and Feb. but when I ask to see proof he doesn't respond or says he needs to speak to his attorney. I have not seen anyone come out to my house during these months but if they did and I received the services I paid for then I would not have made this review. When I asked him about my March payment he told me that he would refund it minus a $35 fee (for what? I don't know.). This whole situation is very sketchy to me. As soon as I mentioned a lawyer he stated to me that he could no longer be of service to me because of my threat. Well he was already saying that WAY before I mentioned my lawyer. He had no plans of continuing my business from the first email I sent. BUYER BEWARE!! This business owner is unreasonable, unwilling to work with you and your situation and will take all the money he can before he cuts you off and leaves you high and dry. So I then went and hired a new company and let him know that I was extremely happy with the very first communications I had with the new company. I could tell they had amazing customer service. I told Neil that I will be writing this review to let other people know about his shady business practices. I then received an email calling me out on my "threats" to write an honest review of his company and how horrible I am for this. Then he sent me ANOTHER email to show how professional he is and he threatened me - telling me that he new all of the other businesses in our area that does this service and he would contact them to tell them how horrible I am.
