I contacted the service department about a recall for a Honda motorcycle. I talked to Adam, who was…read moreextremely helpful and efficient. He ordered the part and contacted me when it arrived. The communication and service were excellent. Adam remembered who I was and the service by my name only. Incredible memory. Great service manager. I have been to other dealers and another ASK location, but this location will be my choice from now on. I had a brief interaction with a salesperson and talked about motorcycles. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When I'm in the market for a new bike, this will be the guy I buy it from. Congratulations on great service and a friendly, efficient staff. Bob W

For the record, this review is specifically about the Ask Powersports-Columbus location. This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.
