He turned to a man standing off to the side and rang him up instead. No "excuse me," no "I'll be right with you," nothing. I even mentioned my tray being there. The manager smiled and winked. I left feeling disrespected and dismissed. Customer service matters, and this experience was not okay. I hate to think that ignoring woman is a culture that is STILL tolerated. I witnessed that dismissive behavior and disrespect towards another female while I patiently waited in line. The man that was helped first over me, should NOT have accepted this poor behavior and allowed me to be skipped. Ladies don't accept being diminished. There were FIVE employees in there at the time and not one of them greeted us. In fact, I felt quite unwelcomed by their immediate ignoring silence and this, "what are you doing in here" non-verbal, emotionless vibe. When I finally bent down to take a closer look at the food, one of the ladies finally, seemingly reluctantly mumbles something. We (replied but) quickly left after that.
