They did not charge me Luckily I went to an honest repair shop or it would have cost me a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. They did not charge me to check out my car. I went to farm and fleet to put in a complaint with the manager. He apologized to me and said it was not explained to me properly and it was not anything that needed to be done right away. He offered me a 10% discount next time I need work done. Because it's Walmart you can usually expect to buy tires and get them mounted and balanced for just the cost of buying tires somewhere else. Work is done on a first come, first serve basis so make sure that you come early and try to make it on a weekday. Good luck trying to get in on weekends. My biggest problem is one of the ladies who works here who is extremely rude every time I've dealt with her. One time I had to argue with her about putting tires on aftermarket rims. I had to argue with her that the tire size wouldn't be the same as the size listed on the door jam of my car. The other time, I had to run out to my car parked outside and nobody else was in the lobby area. I waited a good 10 minutes. The door can only be opened when a button behind the desk is held down. I had my girlfriend hold down the button for me so I could run out. In the time I ran out and came back, she started arguing with my girlfriend, interrogating her, yelling at her, asking "Did he come back here? Why was he back here? Nobody is allowed back here!" Just really nasty. If you hate your job that much, just leave. Needless to say, the prices are worth putting up with the verbal abuse lol
