Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. I needed a transmission service last month so with the past good experiment I came to this place, again. My car stayed there all day and then they told me that I did need a transmission service. The front desk person told me that, they can rebuild the transmission with the cost of $ 4100. I asked him if they can find an used transmission and then install it. He told me ,sorry there isn't any used transmission they can find. I asked him, if I find a used one and they can install; he said they don't do that.7 So, his goal was to rebuild the transmission and charge me $ 4100 +. I didn't follow his advice and left. Then, I found a used transmission in Wisconsin online, bought it and delivered it for $ 800. I went to my mechanic garage, they did a fantastic job and replaced the transmission. It was $ 1500 total, part+labor. I saved lots of money and my car is running perfectly on the road. I will never go for any service to Transmission Service store again. Unless, Russ decides to come back.
