They were quick with the tire change and informed me of any defects with recommendations to correct them. The female manager did an excellent job making sure everyone was helped in a timely manner, which made the entire operation feel smooth, organized, and very welcoming. She even went above and beyond by removing one of my service fees after I had to wait a bit longer than usual. Something that was completely unexpected and very appreciated. Overall, it's a very nice shop with genuinely nice people. The only downside is that they get busy very quickly, so walk-ins can be tough at times. But honestly, that just speaks to how good their service is. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I've heard that this place has a reputation of being called "Robbers and Thieves". I laughed. I…read moreshouldn't have laughed. I had 2 symptoms: a scraping noise and a "maint req" light. I was called and told that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I assumed that this recommendation was for the scraping noise or the maintenance light since I didn't ask for anything to be done with the brakes. Bad assumption. They took it upon themselves to take advantage of the opportunity and to sell me services I didn't ask for. Then they took it even farther and told me I needed new calipers (for the brake pads and rotors I didn't ask for)...oh, and by the way, everything was torn apart so i couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. The total bill was over $2000. oh, and the scraping noise? they finally told me afterwards that it was a heat shield scraping against something -- easily fixed and had nothing to do with the brakes. And the maint light? it just due for an oil change. That could have been resolved with $99 but they tried to sell me another $1400 of services to replace an ABS wiring harnness and noted there was an error code for that. i finally recognized the pattern and declined this make-believe nonsense. I have elected to take the vehicle elsewhere for the oil change service. Who knows what other mysterious ailments they discover opening the hood!!!

This BP seems to be a part of Bobby and Steve's Auto World. You can get your car fixed, tires changed, gas pumped, and munchies satisfied all at one convenient location. It's across from a shopping plaza with a Target. If I were getting my car fixed, I'd be fine shopping across the street for hours. BP pumps are friendly towards Canadian credit cards. Normally, I insert mine and it prompts for a ZIP code. Ugh! This pump did not. I was related! I paid at the pump and all went well. Easy breezy. There were a number of gas pumps that were available. This station was clean. I had a great experience here. I like BP even more. (398)

I originally came in for a wheel alignment and tire…read morerotation, but instead of just doing the services and charging me, they actually took the time to inspect my car and tires thoroughly. They found that my alignment was already good, so there was no need to do anything. They also checked the condition and tread life of my tires and noticed that my rear tires had more life left than the front ones. They explained why keeping the tires in their current positions was better for traction and safety, rather than rotating them just because that's what I had originally requested. What impressed me the most was that they were completely honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They ended up not charging me anything for the inspection or their time. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely looks out for its customers. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I no longer use Geico but I still trust this shop because of their honesty and transparency. The management here cares about its customers. ------------------------------------------- I had damage to my headlight mount and took my car here as part of an insurance claim. I would have never gotten this repair done because the estimate from Geico (that I provided the shop) was 1147, for something I would have just ducked taped had I not thought I would only be on the hook for my $500 deductible. I send the shop my estimate from Geico, they tell me they'll work with Geico if anything doesn't add up correctly. The part turns out to be on back order and arrives 3 weeks later, I take my car in, a few hours later I pick my car up with a bill for $1930. By this time, Geico had already sent me a check based on their estimate. Geico says the shop over charged me on both parts and labor. The part should have been just over $1000 but the shop charged me $1461, and labor in the area averages $65/hour but this shop charges $145/hour. Geico is refusing to do anything about it and the shop, as of now, is going with "these are our rates, we are a business, blah blah." Shame on me for not doing my homework. I trusted this shop as I had brought my car here many times for regular maintenance but I was clearly gouged and very disappointed with my experience.
