My Jeep Grand Cherokee lost the alternator during a road trip and the nearest service was Bryden Ford. I have an extended warranty with MOPAR but the contract states that I have to use a Jeep dealership to have the service covered. Jeff & Colleen did an amazing job of not only fitting me in to their busy service schedule to replace the alternator. They also worked with MOPAR to get them to cover the repair bill! BIG thumbs up to Bryden Ford & MOPAR for getting me back on the road again!

They ended up scratching both front windows that I just had tinted in four different spots. They damaged one of the tires and rim when they mounted my winter tires. Making that tire junk. The tires are 2021 pretty much new. When they performed the alignment after the tire install, they did it with the tires over inflated and each tire different. The steering wheel wasn't centered after the alignment. And to top it off they "washed" my vehicle that I just had paint corrected and ceramic coating. It looked like they used a dirty rag to wipe the vehicle down. Which put a bunch of micro scratches in the coating. After going through all that, the doors still froze and had the same problem. I ended up fixing it my self and haven't had any issues since. When I pulled the door panel off I noticed they didn't do the recall how it was supposed to be done. They were extremely rude when I told them the issues I found. Apparently it's common to occasionally damage a wheel or tire. Because "they don't have a touch less tire machine". Highly recommend you find a different dealer to get your service work done.

I really wanted to support this business, but after telling one of mechanics what tests I've…read morealready done, and explaining to them clearly where to look, they determined it was a loose cable, charged $119 and claimed the car was "fixed/operational." When the car repeatedly started to die again I called to ask what was done on the vehicle, they said they never went pass a surface level diagnostic that you could do in any home garage. They over torqued the battery cables to the point it striped a layer of anode when removed. Furthermore, that they DONT listen to customers, because they probably don't know what they're talking about. Take NO responsibility to ensure cars are fixed. After explaining that there was no way for them to figure out what is wrong offered to look at it again, when pressing my point, immediately doubled back on the "free" diagnostic, and said they don't know enough and should take it to the dealership cause they don't wanna get blamed for "tough" problems." Honestly, I had no problems if it cost a couple grand to repair, I only took it there cause I didn't have a car lift. If it's a easy issue like changing a tire/oil, charging a battery, I will recommend it's a cheap option, but you get what you pay for I guess. *shrug* What really bothers me, wasn't the money, or quality, it was that the guy got SO OOO defensive, that he could do NO wrong. We all have tough days that we miss things, or don't go as deep into problem as we could/should. I've worked in customer service, its TOUGH, but its always better to meet the customer where they are at, instead of escalate, it sucks, I hope he finds that path, and I feel for what ever hardened his heart in that way. **Update** Challenging them in any way gets you banned from going back there. It wasn't a loss since I wasn't going to go back. But reaching out to my Mom to say that was pretty petty. They used to service 3 of my cars, now they will service none. Which is sad cause I was about to spend $12,000 on an engine overhaul on my SUV, and I was going to ask if they could do it.

All my questions were answered and they worked with my local bank. I took the truck home happy as a lark the next morning when I started the truck, the motor was knocking. I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I contacted Trent and he was able to get my truck in right away. I told him that I thought the front brakes needed to be replaced. Trent looked over my truck and told me that my front brakes were bad and definitely needed to be replaced, and he also let me know my back brakes were going to need to be replaced soon, but wasn't pushy about me fixing them right away.
