When the car repeatedly started to die again I called to ask what was done on the vehicle, they said they never went pass a surface level diagnostic that you could do in any home garage. They over torqued the battery cables to the point it striped a layer of anode when removed. Furthermore, that they DONT listen to customers, because they probably don't know what they're talking about. Take NO responsibility to ensure cars are fixed. After explaining that there was no way for them to figure out what is wrong offered to look at it again, when pressing my point, immediately doubled back on the "free" diagnostic, and said they don't know enough and should take it to the dealership cause they don't wanna get blamed for "tough" problems." Honestly, I had no problems if it cost a couple grand to repair, I only took it there cause I didn't have a car lift. If it's a easy issue like changing a tire/oil, charging a battery, I will recommend it's a cheap option, but you get what you pay for I guess. *shrug* What really bothers me, wasn't the money, or quality, it was that the guy got SO OOO defensive, that he could do NO wrong. We all have tough days that we miss things, or don't go as deep into problem as we could/should. I've worked in customer service, its TOUGH, but its always better to meet the customer where they are at, instead of escalate, it sucks, I hope he finds that path, and I feel for what ever hardened his heart in that way. **Update** Challenging them in any way gets you banned from going back there. It wasn't a loss since I wasn't going to go back. But reaching out to my Mom to say that was pretty petty. They used to service 3 of my cars, now they will service none. Which is sad cause I was about to spend $12,000 on an engine overhaul on my SUV, and I was going to ask if they could do it.

I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I've been in the car business my entire life, both buying and selling and had never been handled more professionally. I am a very high type a personality. And like to know what's going on they kept me informed the entire way what could've been a major disappointment. a huge turned out to be a pleasant experience. I've always gotten my oil changed there for the past 8 years or so, and put tires on several vehicles at decent prices. Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!

Got my car in earlier then scheduled. Confirmed that the alternator is bad but admitted they couldn't do it due to some environmental restrictions. Nonetheless they re-charged the battery for me at no charge other than the 20$ to diagnose the alternator. So due to their kindness. I'll be bringing my car back on other things they can work on. Oh and Johnny on the spot with phone calls and not making me wait for information. Which helped me get it somewhere to get it replaced.
